་བཞིན། །བདག་གིས་འཕྲིན་ལས་ཡེངས་མེད་སྒྲུབ་པ་ལ། །ཡིད་ཆད་བགྱིས་ཤིང་ཤ་ཁྲག་གཏོར་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས། །གཏང་རག་དུས་སུ་མ་ཐེངས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །མངོན་ཤེས་མེད་པའི་ཉེས་སྐྱོན་མ་རྟོགས་པར། །བསྟན་པ་འཇིག་དང་བླ་མའི་ སྐུ་དགྲ་ལ། །དྲག་པོའི་ལས་ཀྱིས་ཚར་གཅོད་མ་བགྱིས་པར། །གསང་བ་བསྒྲགས་ཤིང་བྱམས་བགྱིས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །དམ་ཉམས་གྲིབ་ཕོག་གཏམ་འདྲེས་ཟས་ཟོས་དང༌། །རྒྱུ་ཆུད་ཕུད་ཉམས་འགལ་འཁྲུགས་ནོར་ལ་སོགས། །ཉེས་སྐྱོན་འཁྲུལ་པའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །གནོད་ཞིང་འགྱོད་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །སྐུའི་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །གསུང་གི་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །རྩ་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཡན་ལག་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཚོར་ཏེ་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །མ་ཚོར་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཉམས་གྲིབ་དག་ཕྱིར་བཤགས་པ་འདི་བྱས་པས། །བླ་མ་མགོན་པོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །ཕ་མ་བུ་ཚ་བཞིན་དུ་བཟོད་བཞེས་ལ། །དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུས་འདིར་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །བཤགས་དང་བཤགས་པར་བྱ་བ་མ་དམིགས་ཀྱང༌། །རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པའི་བག་ཆགས་དག་བྱའི་ཕྱིར། །རྗེ་བཙུན་དམ་པ་ཡུལ་གྱི་མཆོག་རྣམས་ལ། །རབ་ཏུ་བཤགས་པས་བདེ་ཆེན་ཐོབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གསུམ་པ་གནད་དབབ་ནི། མགོན་པོའི་དབུ་གཙུག་གི་དྲིན་ཅན་ རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་དེཉིད། སྐུ་མདོག་དམར་པོ་གཡས་ཐོད་པའི་ཌ་མ་རུ་འཁྲོལ་ཞིང༌། གཡོན་བདུད་རྩིས་གང་བའི་ཐོད་པ་ཐུགས་ཀར་འཛིན་པ། བཟོད་པར་དཀའ་བའི་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཅན། སྒེག་ཅིང་ལང་མཚོ་ལ་བབ་པ། ཆགས་པའི་ཉམས་ཅན། སྤྱན་གཟིགས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་དང་སྲིད་གསུམ་དབང་དུ་བསྡུད་པ། སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་གིས་བཞུགས་པ་མགོན་པོའི་དཔྲལ་བའི་སིནྡྷུ་རའི་ཐིག་ལེ་གྲུ་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟེང་ན་ཡི་གེ་ཧྲཱིཿདམར་པོ་འཕགས་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ངོ་བོ་བཅུ་གསུམ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས། གསང་བའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་དམར་མོ་ལང་མཚོ་མ། ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་མ། གཡས་ཅང་ཏེའུ། གཡོན་ཐཽད་པ་བདུད་རྩིས་གང་བ་འཛིན་པ། ཞབས་གཡས་བསྐུམ་གཡོན་བརྐྱངས་པའི་གར་སྟབས་ཅན། སྤྱན་གསུམ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་ཧྲིག་ཧྲིག་གཟིགས་ཤིང་གར་མཛད་པ་བཅུ་གསུམ་སྒྲོལ་མའི་ངོ་བོ། ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གི་དབང་དུ་བསྡུས། དགོས་འདོད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆར་བཞིན་བབས་པར་གྱུར། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ན་ར་ཀྲིཾ་ཀྲིཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ། ཞེས་པ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་ལ་སོགས་པ

如是。我于精勤不懈修事业，心生厌倦，以血肉朵玛之供养，未及报恩之时，坦白忏悔。于无有神通之过失，未曾觉察时，于摧毁教法与上师之 身敌，未以猛厉之事业而诛灭，泄露秘密且行慈爱，坦白忏悔。破誓言、染污、杂语之食物，以及财物耗尽、精华衰损、违背冲突之物等，所有过失错谬之众，无论有何，皆于恼害后悔之门中，坦白忏悔。身之誓言违犯，坦白忏悔。语之誓言违犯，坦白忏悔。意之誓言违犯，坦白忏悔。根本誓言违犯，坦白忏悔。支分誓言违犯，坦白忏悔。觉知而誓言违犯，坦白忏悔。未觉知而誓言违犯，坦白忏悔。为令罪障清净而作此忏悔，祈请上师怙主及眷属等，如父母子女般纳受宽恕，一切成就于此时赐予。虽无忏悔者与所忏悔境，然为清净分别念之习气，于至尊圣地之殊胜处，以猛烈忏悔，愿得大乐。第三，要义降临：怙主之顶髻恩重 根本上师彼者，身色红色，右手摇动颅骨之手鼓，左手持满盛甘露之颅碗于胸前，具难忍之威光，娇媚且如浪潮般涌动，具贪恋之相，仅以眼视，即能摄伏空行与三有，以跏趺坐姿安住。于怙主额间之朱砂红点，三角形之上，有红色字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥），乃圣观世音之体性十三尊圆满所化现。秘密空行母红色浪潮母，一面二臂，右手持鼗鼓，左手持满盛甘露之颅碗，右足蜷曲，左足伸展，作舞姿。三眼向上凝视，作舞姿，乃十三度母之体性。三界一切有情皆摄于我之掌控，一切所需所欲如雨般降临。嗡 班匝 纳 惹 钦 钦 吽 吽 啪 啪 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ན་ར་ཀྲིཾ་ཀྲིཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།），念诵百遍等。

Thus. When I was diligently and tirelessly engaged in accomplishing activities, I became weary and offered blood and flesh torma. I confess and regret that I did not repay the kindness in time. When I did not realize the faults of lacking clairvoyance, and when the doctrine was being destroyed and the enemies of the guru's body were present, I did not subdue them with fierce actions. I revealed secrets and acted with affection. I confess and regret. I confess and regret all the faults and errors, such as breaking vows, being defiled, eating food mixed with idle talk, wasting wealth, diminishing essence, and engaging in conflicts and disputes, from the door of harm and regret. I confess and regret the violation of the body's vows. I confess and regret the violation of the speech's vows. I confess and regret the violation of the mind's vows. I confess and regret the violation of the root vows. I confess and regret the violation of the branch vows. I confess and regret the violation of the vows with awareness. I confess and regret the violation of the vows without awareness. By making this confession to purify the defilements of violations, I pray that the guru, protector, and retinue will accept and forgive me like parents and children, and grant all the accomplishments at this time. Although there is no object of confession or the act of confessing, in order to purify the habitual tendencies of conceptual thought, may I attain great bliss by confessing intensely to the supreme and sacred places. Third, the essence descends: The kind root guru at the crown of the head of the protector, His body is red, his right hand plays the skull drum, and his left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar at his heart. He has unbearable splendor, is graceful and like a surging wave, and has an amorous demeanor. With just a glance, he subdues dakinis and the three realms. He sits in the lotus position. Above the triangular sindhura dot on the protector's forehead is the red letter（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）, which is the complete manifestation of the thirteen forms of the noble Avalokiteśvara. The secret red dakini, the wave-like mother, has one face and two arms. Her right hand holds a hand drum, and her left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar. Her right leg is bent, and her left leg is extended in a dancing posture. Her three eyes gaze intently at the sky as she dances, embodying the thirteen forms of Tara. May all sentient beings of the three realms be subdued under my control, and may all needs and desires rain down like rain. Om Vajra Nara Krim Krim Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ན་ར་ཀྲིཾ་ཀྲིཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།）, recite one hundred times, etc.
