In the evening, practice dream yoga; in the twilight, practice clear light. Practice meticulously like this. However, this is not absolutely fixed. Similarly, if you cannot practice all four, then practice three together, or two together, or practice each one individually, and you will accomplish a special meaning. The so-called "one seat practice" is also based on the four root dharmas. Regarding transference, bardo, and completion, whether the teaching is extensive or concise, it is the same. Although it is taught in this way to make understanding easier, in practice it is done like this: For transference, visualize the crown aperture as if a door is open. Simply abide in the clear light that relies on A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). The A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) four fingers below the navel, along with exhaling, passes through the central channel. Visualize it as an arrow shot into the center of the sky, disappearing into the high expanse of the sky. Then visualize the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) descending like a cloud in the sky, entering through the crown aperture, and reaching the lower end of the central channel. For this, it is sufficient to practice the alternating back and forth yourself. There is no need to close the door. Sixth, the bardo: From visualizing the Dharma origin in front of oneself to visualizing the lama on the crown, it is similar to the teaching manual for intermediate practitioners. As a substitute for not making mistakes, contemplate the situation of the six realms of beings, and all good and bad forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures as illusion, and familiarize yourself with the intentions of the bardo. Clearly visualize the union of womb-born and egg-born, etc., and then transform the yidam into the father and mother deities with "bardo." Do not be attached to this, but view it as illusion. This is to remember. These two auxiliary dharmas are also slightly part of the near lineage. Thus, this way of gathering all the dharmas into one seat practice was rarely recorded in writing before; it is an oral transmission. The second wind yoga of tummo, as well as appearances, the clear light of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), and these two auxiliary dharmas, these slightly modified categories are also said to be the near lineage. Appearances and clear light are also recorded in ancient texts. The others are only ancient instructions. Now, I will explain the visualizations and seals needed for both the extensive and intermediate instructions. Among them, the arising dharma of tummo, the usual ritual of the blessing lama's tummo is: Before the self-generation guru yoga of tummo, visualize yourself as the seated form of Jetsunma, similar to your own body, or your own body.

However It doesn't matter what you put down. Practice emptiness with an empty interior. Any body posture, cross-legged or squatting, will do. In the center of one's body, visualize the central channel, red in color, as thick as an incense stick. The lower end is four fingers below the navel, and the upper end pierces the crown of the head. The crown aperture is very wide, said to be about the size of a weather vane. According to the thickness of the central channel, meditate that the mouth of the central channel and the crown aperture are equally open. Inside the central channel, directly in front of the navel, visualize one's root guru on a sun disc. With a topknot of dreadlocks, bone ornaments, and tiger skin, seated in the lotus position. Meditate that he is of the nature of fire, unobstructed by anything he touches, burning in segments. Some old texts say to meditate on haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the crown of the head, but this is not practiced. Then, eliminate stale air and vigorously practice the four unions. The focus is: by holding the breath, flames blaze fiercely from the guru's body. The flames rise so much that they cannot be contained within the central channel, and they emerge from the crown aperture. The flames fill the sky. Transform and offer various offerings to all the gurus, yidams, buddhas, bodhisattvas who fill the sky. The firelight itself becomes an offering of bliss. All of this dissolves into the nectar of bodhicitta. Come back together with the flames. Nectar enters from the crown aperture. Passing through the path of the central channel, descending upon the guru's body, like pouring oil on hot iron, with sizzling sounds, crackling sounds, and roaring sounds. Visualize the entire inside of the body filled with fierce flames, making loud and crackling noises. Meditate on seven breaths or as appropriate. This increases warmth and is praised for eliminating knots in the channels and knots of wind. In general, because it is invoking the guru's blessings, it is said to eliminate all obstacles and generate all qualities. The so-called practice of emptiness of the inner channels is: first, meditate on the central channel as thin as a wheat awn. Then, gradually make it thicker and thicker, about the size of a medium arrow shaft, about the size of a horsewhip. Gradually make it thinner and thinner, about the size of a wheat awn, and practice gentle wind on that for a few days. Again, expand the central channel to the thickness of an arm and contract it to the thickness of a willow branch, practice for a few days. Then, expand it to the thickness of an arrow quiver and contract it to the thickness of an arm, practice for a few days. Then, expand it to the size of the body, arrow
