Mā me muñca heruko bhava mahā samaya sattva āḥ hūṃ phaṭ! I am ignorant and foolish, I have violated and broken my vows. Lama, protector, please protect me! The chief, Vajra Holder, possesses great compassion. I seek refuge in the chief of beings. I confess all broken vows of body, speech, and mind, root and branch. I pray that all accumulations of sins, obscurations, faults, and stains be purified and blessed. Then, meditate on the Lama: In the sky in front of oneself, on a precious throne, the root Lama in the form of Vajra Dharma, with a red body, one face, two arms, and three eyes, holding a damaru, khatvanga, and skull cup, adorned with six bone ornaments, seated in the vajra posture. The Lama is the Buddha, the Lama is the Dharma, likewise, the Lama is the Sangha, the Lama is the glorious Vajradhara, the Lama is the doer of all. I prostrate and take refuge in the essence of all Buddhas of the three times, inseparable from the Lama and Vajrayogini. Please bless me. The Lama dissolves into light and merges into oneself. Then, generate oneself as the deity: In one's heart, from E E (藏文：ཨེ ཨེ) completely transformed, from the center of the double-layered triangular Dharma source, on top of the lunar mandala, a red Bam (藏文：བཾ) syllable. From this rotation, light radiates, filling one's entire body, burning and purifying all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless time. In the instant of the body becoming a unified mass, oneself becomes Vajrayogini, on a variegated lotus and sun cushion, with the right leg extended, stepping on the red Kalratri, and the left leg bent, pressing down on the black Bhairava. The body is red, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. The right hand holds a curved knife marked with a vajra, or a vajra, with a damaru hanging down, threatening downwards. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood upwards, with the face turned upwards, offering it. In the left armpit or shoulder, a khatvanga marked with a vajra, with a bell, a rattle, and three prongs hanging down. Wrathful.
