When it arises, although it pervades with excellent merit, here there is no need to mention great merit, even people with little merit can accomplish it. As it is said, it can also be said that the examination is finally determined with excellent words. Or, although there is excellent merit that is the cause of the arising of wisdom, it refers to the lack in many other kinds of merit such as lineage, appearance, enjoyment, and learning. Second, or just as a yogi in meditative equipoise can do the yoga of rising from it, do it like that, with two yogas. As it says: "Like the निरंतर (Tibetan: རྒྱུན་དག,Sanskrit Devanagari: निरंतर,Sanskrit Romanization: nirantara, Chinese literal meaning: continuous) of a river, Like the Sanskrit Romanization: nirantara, Chinese literal meaning: continuous) of the light of a lamp, At all times, day and night, That yoga should always abide." That is to say, in the post-meditation state, it is also necessary not to be separated from the experience of wisdom previously shown. Or, the yogi who initially entered meditative equipoise, later in the post-meditation state, how can all the appearances arising from meditative equipoise be contemplated as illusion-like, and appear as bliss and emptiness? One should practice like that. Like that, one should practice with the two yogas of meditative equipoise and rising from it. Like the uninterrupted flow of a river, this is the Sanskrit Romanization: nirantara, Chinese literal meaning: continuous) yoga, and during the time of practice, like the light of a lamp, abiding without dimming, this is the yoga free from waves. Through the means of these two yogas, at all times, day and night, the mind of the yogi should always abide in that suchness. Among them, the yoga free from waves is mainly meditative equipoise, and the निरंतर (Tibetan: རྒྱུན,Sanskrit Devanagari: निरंतर,Sanskrit Romanization: nirantara, Chinese literal meaning: continuous) yoga is mainly post-meditation. Third: "This self-awareness is wisdom, Speech has transcended the realm of the path, This is the order of blessings, The omniscient wisdom is self-nature." That is to say, the object of the wisdom of meditative equipoise is the wisdom of the omniscient Buddha, the essence of the Sugata. By practicing that all-aspects of great bliss of the path, the self-nature of that path, that is, the all-aspects of great bliss of the heart essence, becomes the object. It is like grasping a person's hair and eventually not being able to grasp it. By practicing that path, with the heart essence of reality, one realizes it in the manner of self-awareness.

This is the non-inverted wisdom. Its objects to be realized, the wisdom that realizes, and the ways in which it is realized, transcend the path of speech, the realm of conceptualization, similes, and reasoning, because it is inconceivable. So, what realizes it? This is realized through the blessings in stages, which are also of three types: the blessings of the lama and the yidam deity, and the blessings of touching the vajra body with the essence of skillful means. After that is what is called self-blessing. For example, just as a mixture of brown sugar, haritaki, and dhataki can turn into an intoxicating substance, this is not something to be considered with reasons. The fourth is: Earth and water and fire and, wind and space, just like that, in an instant, all are not bound, one knows the minds of self and others, above the earth, below the earth, on the earth, in an instant, transforms into one body, the conceptualizations of self and other sides, cannot harm this. Thus it is said. Like a cliff, a broken cliff, and being submerged in water, being carried away, etc., and being burned by fire, and the coldness of the wind or, being blown, and the space of precipices, etc., those arising from external elements, and likewise, the harm of internal elements, types of diseases, etc., and poison and weapons, and snakes and, tigers, etc., the harm of sentient beings, in short, All of them, in an instant, even for a moment, cannot bind at all, and will not cause harm. This is from the Tantra Collection, the phrase "All cannot harm in an instant" is easy to understand. Furthermore, one also knows the limits of one's own past and future and the minds of others. In an instant, the wisdom body, accomplished only by wind and mind, in the appearance to others, above the earth, that is, moving in space, below the earth and on the earth, that is, in the three realms, it transforms into showing various bodies. Through various doors such as peaceful and wrathful, although one simultaneously accomplishes the benefit of very many sentient beings, the conceptualizations of attachment and aversion, etc., which grasp at the sides of self and others, cannot harm the mind of this yogi, because the lineage of afflictions has transformed into wisdom. This is a supplementary explanation of the measure of obtaining warmth.
