I am red. The root is thin and points downwards, while the thick top points upwards. In the center of the body, the central channel is endowed with the four dharmas, like the common one. Inside, the upper end is inserted into the crown chakra, with a white ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) facing downwards. From there, a branch of the central channel, about the thickness of the largest wheat stalk, bends forward and inserts into the space between the eyebrows. Inside that, meditate on a white bindu, about the size of a mustard seed, moving back and forth. The lower end of the central channel is inserted into the inner side of the root of the Dharma source, inside which is a red-black ཀྵ་ (Tibetan: ཀྵ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Ksha). In the central channel, which is level with the edge and height of the Dharma source, meditate on an ཨཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ang) syllable or a reddish-white Ashad. Visualize a flame like a copper needle burning from the ཀྵ་ (Tibetan: ཀྵ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Ksha), touching that ཨཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ang) syllable, and visualize a reddish-white, round flame with a slight tip burning from that ཨཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ang) syllable. From the head of the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable to the center of the central channel, a white tube of light, about the thickness of a wheat stalk and possessing a comfortable experience, hangs down, and meditate on it almost not touching the fire at the navel, about the length of a thumb's width. Hold the breath like the usual vase breathing. When the air enters, the bindu between the eyebrows comes round and round, dissolving into the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable at the crown chakra. Due to its weight, a similar bindu drips from the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable and moves down through the tube of light. Accompanied by the sound of Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), like the sound of a bell, it falls comfortably and smoothly, and visualize it reaching above the fire at the navel. When holding the breath, visualize the bindu melting from the heat of the fire, bubbling and boiling, filling the body and mind with comfort. Keep the sound of Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) in mind. When exhaling, the bindu jumps upwards violently, and when it leaves the fire, it rolls grayish-white like a grain of semen. Through the path of the white light tube, accompanied by the sound of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), it moves upwards with a whooshing sound, comfortably and smoothly, dissolving into the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable at the crown chakra. When holding the breath slightly, a similar bindu emerges from the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable, moving back and forth between the eyebrows, and meditate on it without sound. By practicing like this again and again, all the very subtle breaths and minds will stop in the central channel, and the experience of the bliss-emptiness of equipoise and the illusion-like state of post-meditation will reach its ultimate perfection. During this Tummo visualization, if the heat is low, visualize the flame burning longer and longer from the ཨཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ang) syllable, and the fire below

Now, meditate that all the chakra places are filled. If the bliss is weak, then with each breath, visualize bindus like mustard seeds gradually descending three or five times, then gradually boiling, etc. If the feeling of bliss is still weak, visualize bindus falling like raindrops. If you feel unpleasant at this time, then the tone composed of three letters is already complete, so it is okay even if you don't visualize it. If you have experience with the previous instructions, then at this time, you don't need separate instructions for sleep and dreams. If you meditate on this from the beginning, then of course it is necessary, or it is okay to focus on it as if collecting bindus, or focus on burning and dripping. In this way, those instructions become an orderly path. First, the air gathers and purifies the channels; second, the knots of the channels become loose and the air becomes pure; third, bind the preliminary air and bindu; the main practice causes the air and mind to stop and dissolve in the central channel. If these are meditated as the main path of yoga, then in the third stage, uplift through the path of the messenger, and if from the beginning you mainly meditate on the path of the messenger, then these yoga paths will uplift. If the two are meditated equally, they will merge into one in a competitive manner. Or, if according to the path of decisiveness, that is, the three collections and tummo, if only one of these four is meditated and uplifted through the path of the messenger, then it is considered that the path is completely perfected. Like that, according to the path of yoga, the scripture says, "Thinking of Ali Kali in front, the great yogi rests." Therefore, this is the first instruction. And "When the moon mandala is complete, meditate that it is located at the root of the navel channel." The navel mentioned here is the center of the four or five chakras. Because it teaches to learn the coming and going of the moon bodhicitta, the latter two instructions are about the meaning of the coming and going of air and bindu in the central channel, so these words will show it. "The supreme position of the letter, one should meditate in its center." This is the achievement of melting bliss and immutability, and the fruits of these are the four joys of ascending and descending. If applied to the path of the messenger, Ali Kali etc. are purifying the air, and the moon mandala etc. are the main practice of descending and reversing.
