Instructions on the Great Yoga of the Completion Stage of Chakrasamvara Instructions on the Great Yoga of the Completion Stage of Chakrasamvara Instructions on the Great Yoga of the Completion Stage of Chakrasamvara - Homage Om Swasti. Hail to Heruka, the great heroic lord! Having bowed to the destroyer of the four maras, I will briefly explain the method for accomplishing the ultimate meaning, according to the instructions of the guru. Here, this is the completion stage of the glorious Laghusamvara Tantra, transmitted from the venerable Lūyipāda, the great master of accomplishment. This method of instruction has two parts: the preliminary practices and the main practice. The first part: With refuge and bodhicitta as preliminaries, there are two instructions: purifying obscurations by relying on the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva, and accumulating merit by relying on the mandala guru yoga. The first should be understood in the sadhana, and the second is also similar to the common one. However, those who hold the oral instructions of Phamtengpa use the terms "guru, buddha, vajra, dharma," and visualize a red Vajradhara, saying, "It is the vajra." The second part, the main practice, is divided into two: the completion stage that strikes the essential points of the vajra body as the cause, and the completion stage that attains mastery over qualities as the result. The first is divided into two: relying on the path of messengers and relying on the path of yoga. The first is arranged elsewhere and should be learned from the guru. The second, according to the followers of Phamtengpa, has the absorption of Vajrasattva, the absorption of letters, and the absorption of bindus, thus establishing three absorptions. The followers of Naropa, other translators, and other great paṇḍitas who are not followers of Naropa but uphold this tradition, although they do not use the names of the three absorptions, the oral instructions for the practice of the stages of meditation seem to be the same in essence, except for slight differences in detail. Therefore, it should be done like this: If those three absorptions are explained in order with other names and meanings, they are the oral instructions of the great yoga of rest, the oral instructions of the gross breath recitation, and the oral instructions of the subtle vajra recitation, making three in total. The first is the body Having straightened the posture, expelled stale air, etc., visualize oneself as the father and mother Chakrasamvara, located at the navel, the emanation wheel, with eight petals in the inner circle and fifty-six petals in the outer circle, the central channel

In the central channel, visualize a sapphire-blue point about the size of a finger joint in the center of the union of the sun and moon. Meditate while gently holding the mingling of breaths. Alternatively, according to the instructions of various lineages, visualize a syllable "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) or a white bindu the size of a small bean, radiating light, as a substitute. If you do not engage in the union of the sun and moon, you can meditate on a reddish-white moon with any of the three: the syllables "Na" (藏文:ན་,梵文天城体:ण,梵文罗马拟音:ṇa,汉语字面意思:Na), "Da" (藏文:ད་,梵文天城体:द,梵文罗马拟音:da,汉语字面意思:Da), "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), or a bindu. By meditating in this way, if the mind is captured, the signs of the breath entering, abiding, and dissolving in the central channel will gradually appear, and subtle experiences of warmth, bliss, and the four joys will arise. This is the first stage of visualization. If such experiences arise, enhance them. If no experience arises even after prolonged meditation, meditate on this to increase experience: Directly in the center of the vajra jewel or the lotus root, visualize a white moon about half the size of a pea, with a red bindu the size of a small bean radiating light on it. In the state of union, exhale downwards, press the secret place, inflate the abdomen, and alternately pull upwards. This is the second stage of visualization. Then, alternate between the previous visualization and this one. By meditating in this way, it is impossible not to generate an experience of warmth and bliss-emptiness. Moreover, if it arises not just once but stably, then one should meditate on this visualization of dissolving the deity into light: Visualize yourself clearly as the form of Chakrasamvara, and from the navel chakra, emanate the garland of vowels and consonants, Āli (梵文罗马拟音:āli,汉语字面意思:阿) and Kāli (梵文罗马拟音:kāli,汉语字面意思:嘎咔), with five-colored rays of light, and the assembly of deities of the mandala. Exhale outwards with the breath from the right nostril. As the light pervades, all appearances transform into the nature of deities. Merge into one taste with the heroes and yoginis who are primordially accomplished. Draw it back. Enter through the left nostril. Upon reaching the navel, in the center of the reddish-white moon mandala, the garland of vowels and consonants appears like reflections, surrounded by a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable with a reddish hue. From the complete transformation of the vowels, consonants, and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on the moon, arise the co-emergent Heruka, the white father, and the red mother, in the form of union. Due to the equal union of the father and mother, the sound of joy arises, and red rays of light emanate from the point of union, touching all outer and inner phenomena, transforming them into the nature of light. Draw it back, and the outer vessels dissolve into the inner sentient beings.
