Practice. Think that these should be placed on the ground of Buddhahood, and with firm faith, believe that only the Lama and the Three Jewels know how to liberate from samsara. Visualize above your head the root Lama in his actual form, or Vajradhara, or the form of Red Yamantaka, whichever you prefer. Dissolve into that all the lineage Lamas, Yidams, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas. With intense devotion, imagine offering your body and all your possessions. I take refuge in the Lama, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times. Please bless me to transform these obstacles into the path. Pray as much as you can, and as the Lama dissolves into you, the Lama's body, speech, and mind become inseparable from your own body, speech, and mind. Maintain and rest in a state free from elaboration. Secondly, when a swarm of thoughts, such as those of demons, arises, before other thoughts interrupt, visualize a sharp sword of wisdom appearing in your right hand. Without any attachment or clinging to your body, cut it into pieces. Imagine the mass of flesh and blood filling the sky. Invite the assembly of Lamas and Yidams in the sky. Imagine transforming the essence of your own flesh and blood into nectar and offering it. Recite Om Ah Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:ओṃ आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽). Invite all the guests of the three realms, led by the harm-doers, including all appearances, spirits, obstacles, and the eighty thousand types of demons. Imagine them eating and drinking the mass of flesh and blood as they desire, becoming satisfied and delighted with the bliss of non-contamination. Recite Om Ah Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:ओṃ आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽). Rest yourself, the harm-doers, and the feast equally in the expanse, without any object of focus. Thirdly, do as in the previous preliminary practice, and abiding in divine pride, understand all phenomena as illusion. Eliminate obstacles with the previous six methods, etc. If conceptualization is strong, practice the luminosity of conceptualization; if devotion is weak, practice the yoga of the Lama's blessing; if hatred is strong, practice the yoga of incomparable compassion; if self-grasping is strong, practice the yoga of the root cause; if the elements are disturbed, practice the yoga of life-sustaining winds; if the body's essence is poor, practice the yoga of interdependent substances; if desire is strong, practice the yoga of Vajrabhairava, using these as antidotes, and finally

Should be placed in the sphere of non-elaboration. If those also cannot eliminate, then vigorously arouse awareness, establish height and roar. For diseases, demons, afflictions, and conceptual thoughts that have not been eliminated, mix the sphere of reality with awareness, recognize whatever appears nakedly, and repeatedly meditate in the state of non-elaborate wisdom. Fourth, the preliminary practice is as before. Visualize all conceptual thoughts that appear as obstacles as steam entering through the nine apertures, meditate on conceptual thoughts as light, and release them into the sphere of reality. All objects of conceptual thought, such as fear, discouragement, and disgust, are all determined to be one's own mind, and abide in it. Also, if there are harmful sentient beings, first generate refuge and bodhicitta, and visualize one's own mind as a flame in the center of the heart. Open a hole from the heart and send it like an arrow shot earlier into the heart of the enemy or obstacle. Mix it with one's own mind without separation. It also dissolves into the sky and abides in the sphere of non-elaboration. Fifth, the preliminary practice is as before, without distracting the mind for even a moment, focus on the conceptual thought that appears as an obstacle. By focusing on it, attachment disappears, and abide in the non-elaborate wisdom as before. In addition, by maintaining whatever conceptual thought arises, that conceptual thought itself will be transformed into wisdom. It will become like introducing oneself to the conceptual thought itself, saying, "I am non-dual wisdom, why do you see me as a fault?" Also, some people cultivate compassion for harmful beings, etc., as mentioned above, as a separate session, and explain it as six dharmas in this beginner's stage. However, the oral instruction of the venerable lama is to make the cultivation of compassion the preliminary practice for the other five, which is also the unique view of the great translator of Gelo. Sixth, when experience arises and some stability is gained, completely destroy the various attachments to good and bad that conform to the world, and with mad behavior, go to places where ghosts, yakshas, and rakshasas live, etc., in indefinite places.
