Mindfulness. Then, starting from the eastern Vairochana, focus on each deity down to the lower Nodze. Finally, focus on all thirty-two deities simultaneously. That makes thirty-three. Then, focus on the palace, making thirty-four. Then, visualize all the vessels as the palace, and all beings as the body of Akshobhya Buddha, making thirty-five. At this time, during the first session, meditate on the complete realization of Abhisamaya. When entering the breaks between sessions, without retracting the mandala, visualize a second body emanating from the heart of the main deity, abiding in external activities. During the second and third sessions, enter from the east gate and dissolve into the central main deity, then focus on the deity's form. The breaks between sessions are the same as before. In the final session, everything else is the same, but when concluding the session, retract the mandala, along with the support and what is supported, from the vajra path into the heart. Sleep with the pride of the main deity. Secondly, the yoga of conceptualization is: if phlegm is dominant, rely on the upper gate; if wind is dominant, rely on the lower gate; if bile is dominant, rely on both. The first is: in the tip of the nose, where you visualize yourself as Akshobhya Vajra, on top of the moon, focus single-pointedly on the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). One focus. Then, focus on that vajra marked with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Two focuses. If the mind can rest on that, then focus on the bindus equal to the number of deities, each with the color of the respective deity. Similarly, focus on the thirty-two seed syllables and hand symbols. One focus each, making five. If you become stable with single-pointed focus on these, then meditate on the complete wheel of the mandala in the center of the bindu at the tip of the nose. Either focus on the bindu, or on the seed syllable, or on the mandala of the thirty-two hand symbols. Counting these three separately, there are eight. If you gain stability of mind on these, then the yoga of conceptualization has reached its limit. The second is: at the secret tip of the nose, where you visualize yourself as Akshobhya Buddha, focus single-pointedly on the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable the size of a mustard seed, one. If the mind is slightly stable on that, then focus on it dissolving into a bindu, two focuses. If that is stable, then meditate on the seed syllable in the center of the bindu, three focuses. If that is also stable, then from that, vajras and other hand

Where to fix the mind in meditation, this is four. If stable in this, between the seed syllables and mudras equal to the number of deities, meditate as before, this is five. If the mind is also stable in these, expand at the tip of the secret of wisdom, the mandala becomes immeasurable and joy arises, this is six. In the center of the bindu, meditate on the wheel of the mandala, from joy etc., expand and contract the two, until the exhaustion of ignorance, this is seven. The measure of the mind being stable in all of this is obtaining the sign of direct vision. Third, meditating by alternating the two, the total is sixteen. The order of guiding disciples, because there is a great necessity of not being averse to obstacles, therefore conforming to the inner channels, this is also a necessary instruction. Generally, if conceptual thought is heavy, then focus on the upper gate, if afflictions are heavy, then focus on the lower gate. Primarily, one should guide in this way. Second, in the completion stage, the stages of vajra recitation, the stage of focusing on the mind, the stage of self-blessing the illusory body, the stage of manifest enlightenment of clear light, the stage of non-abiding nirvana of union, these are five. Or dividing the first into two, thus there are six, namely, body isolation, speech isolation, mind isolation, illusory body, clear light, and the instructions of union. Among these, the first has four: form body isolation, nature body isolation, consciousness body isolation, samadhi body isolation. The first, the body, flesh, blood, etc., the impure elements, the thirty-six aggregates of the aggregates, only appear, the mind is fixed on this and abides. The second, this appearance of body as mind, is the five aggregates, four elements, six sense bases, five objects, five wisdoms, etc., various kinds of scattered abidings, knowing that there is no permanent, single, independent, truly established thing at all, thus knowing and abiding equally. The third, it appears that consciousness arises from the meeting of object and sense faculty, but if the external object is broken down into atoms, it will eventually become infinite and without object. Likewise, if the sense faculties are also broken down, there is no object. Consciousness itself is also not found anywhere inside or outside. Color, shape, etc., are not established anywhere. Therefore, abide in the emptiness free from extremes of the three, inside, outside, and in between.
