For stuttering caused by wind, you can use a warm Achala image, or hold warm ghee in your mouth, or press with a warm oily dressing. For wind demons, make a salve from rhododendron and dog hair and press it on. If stuttering is caused by non-human interference, visualize your own deity as a five-pronged vajra tongue or a sword, and visualize the light of the mantra burning the harmer like a flame, reciting: Om Ah Hum. Badage Naga Raksha Raksha Kuru Svaha. The medicine is Somaraja or fresh yak leather strips, or offer it to Achala and eat it. This also eliminates fleshy leprosy. For old wounds, boils, fistulas, and insensitive yellow water sores, hold your breath, focus your attention there, squeeze hard, and focus your attention on the red and white bodhicitta throbbing inside the wound. Feces, wolf dung, white dog dung, yak and sheep horn shavings, and human and pig fat are mixed with oil and applied. This will definitely heal.
