At that exceedingly joyful, inconceivable power, I prostrate and praise the retinue of the Naga King. Victorious Conqueror, strength-cause lotus and, Wealth-increasing conch shell protector, boundless lineage holder and, Auspicious and Great Lotus, I prostrate and praise the ten great Naga Kings. To you great Nagas, I entrust these colored powders of the great mandala. Please carry them to the great ocean, and may you accomplish great benefit for sentient beings. May you also be helpers who grant us attainments, and may you increase supreme happiness in all places. 愿！事业清净与忿怒母平等结合。威力力量功德圆满之吉祥，忿怒尊主轮于今降吉祥。 脐间脉清净天女众，赞札嘎等其他供养法界处，双运嬉戏天女及眷属，语之轮于今降吉祥。事业与行为之轮极清净，真实义大天十二尊及眷属，四基秘密顶髻极清净车兵，身之轮于今降吉祥。手指清净龙及暴怒母众，欲乐喜乐自性色身天，头发毫毛极清净成就者，地神之轮于今降吉祥。星宿与仙人星辰宫位及分，方神土地神使者夺命母，甘塔嘎尔纳欢喜黑大天，布陵吉尼等眷属亦吉祥。真实义三宝意语身之主，任运智慧光明清净宫，法身功德光明之网者，坛城法界大界降吉祥。坛城吉祥善妙大海之音，金刚持者智慧海之语，如是宣说众生大海众，胜者海之果位速获得。其他亦当说吉祥之偈颂如何适合。其后坛城之地上，行广大之增益火供与勇士宴等欢宴。如是则彼等仪轨次第之广义，须从坛城仪轨智慧海本身了知。故听闻与观看坛城仪轨文字极其重要。如是我由具德十地者，语与意相合极清净依止故，如是了知正义不了义之理后，为劝请他人故造此极清净灌顶。以此愿诸众生入四灌顶道，以无量解脱近修四种相，身语意与贪著之垢净治已，愿能享用无漏四身之功德。吉祥时轮坛城仪轨智慧海之意趣，名为法主一切智者之所许。

May it be! May the activity of pure union with the Wrathful Mother be auspicious today! May the glory of power, strength, qualities, and perfection, the Wrathful Lord's wheel, be auspicious today! The pure channels of the navel, the assembly of goddesses, Carcika and other offerings, the realm of Dharma, the goddess who plays in union, together with her retinue, may the wheel of speech be auspicious today! The wheel of action and activity is perfectly pure, the twelve great deities of ultimate meaning, together with their retinue, the four bases, the secret crown, the perfectly pure chariot warriors, may the wheel of the body be auspicious today! The pure fingers, the assembly of nagas and wrathful ones, the deities of form, the nature of desire, joy, and bliss, the pure hair and body hair, the accomplished ones, may the wheel of the elements be auspicious today! Planets, sages, stars, constellations, and divisions, guardians of the directions, guardians of the fields, messengers, ogresses, Ghantakarna, the joyful great black one, Bhrngini and others, may the retinue also be auspicious! The essence of the Three Jewels, the lord of mind, speech, and body, the spontaneously accomplished, luminous palace of wisdom, the qualities of the Dharmakaya, the net of light, may the mandala, the great expanse of the Dharmadhatu, be auspicious! The mandala is auspicious, the sound of the ocean of goodness, the voice of Vajradhara, the ocean of wisdom, may it be proclaimed, and may the ocean of beings quickly attain the state of the victorious ocean! Furthermore, one should recite the verses of auspiciousness as appropriate. Then, on the ground of the mandala, one should perform extensive feasts, such as the fire offering of increase and the hero feast. Thus, the extensive meaning of these ritual sequences must be understood from the mandala ritual itself, the Ocean of Wisdom. Therefore, it is extremely important to listen to and view the text of the mandala ritual. Thus, I, relying on the perfectly pure speech and intention of the glorious Tenth Ground, having understood the meaning of the definitive and provisional meanings, have composed this perfectly pure empowerment for the sake of encouraging others. By this, may all beings enter the path of the four empowerments, and by the four aspects of limitless liberation and approach, having purified the obscurations of body, speech, mind, and attachment, may they enjoy the glory of the four stainless bodies! The meaning of the Ocean of Wisdom, the ritual of the glorious Kalachakra mandala, is said to be according to the intention of the Dharma Lord, the Omniscient Great One.
