Recognize the true nature of the body, and understand your own body as the deity's form. This is the expansion of pure appearances. Understand the six realms of beings as your parents, and let compassion pervade like the sky. Understand appearances as illusions, and clinging will naturally dissolve. Recognize your own mind as unborn, and you will seize the stronghold of immutability. Grasping does not remain outside, and holding does not remain inside. The awareness that abandons both grasping and the grasped is the Dharmakaya, inseparable from awareness and emptiness. Just as water is poured into water, and just as butter is placed upon butter, when blending appearance and mind into one, it is necessary to guard it with mindfulness and awareness. This is the seventh topic regarding the time of meditation. Generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, and meditation, these five, if grasped with non-objectification, are paramitas. What need is there to mention wisdom itself? The view, conduct, and meditation described above, if put into practice, are the six paramitas. Everything is gathered into this. Strive to accomplish offerings, tormas, and generosity. Completely turn away from misdeeds and sins. Whatever you do, be disciplined with the intention of benefiting others. Endure hardships for the sake of the Dharma, and endure harm from others. Diligently persevere day and night without distraction, and accomplish meditation with single-pointed mind. And the wisdom of non-elaboration, all of these must be expanded with non-objectification. There is no other practice for the six paramitas. Make sentient beings happy with generosity. Show Dharma teachings that suit their minds. Lead them to practice according to the Dharma. And conduct yourself in accordance with the Dharma. Generosity, kind speech, beneficial action, and acting in accordance, these four ways of gathering, are said to be the Dharma for accomplishing the benefit of others. In general, meditating on one's own mind by oneself is the Prajnaparamita, the yoga of self-luminous nature. On all appearances and sounds, from the very beginning, the Great Seal has been applied. In the mandala of samsara and nirvana, if the nature of mind, the king of mind, is not understood, all the Dharma practices will only be causes for gods and humans. Now, even if you think this is ultimate emptiness, you are likely to fall into the formless realm. Although the actions of body and speech are profound, they are also the sons of the thirty-three gods. In the palace of the heart, *citta* (藏文:ཙིཏྟ་,梵文天城体:चित्त,梵文罗马拟音:citta,汉语字面意思:心), having meditated on the precious lama, do not waver in devotion, for your own mind is...

Look and rest in equanimity. Cultivate loving-kindness and compassion without ceasing. Because the expanse of emptiness and awareness are inseparable, there is no affirmation or negation of conceptual and non-conceptual thoughts. Because appearance and emptiness are inseparable, there is no abandonment or adoption of afflictions and wisdom. Because self and other, good and bad are inseparable, there is no abandonment or adoption of gods and demons. Because samsara and nirvana are inseparable, why would there be any need for affirmation or negation of happiness and suffering? You, without abandoning or adopting, cultivate Mahamudra. Rest in the state of equality and evenness. Abide in the state of many tastes as one. Abandon without hope or fear. Let go without grasping at a self. There is no difference between one's own mind and the dharmadhatu. There is no difference between life and death. The unchanging faith of the ground is the root of all qualities. Altruism without clinging to self-interest is the root of the Mahayana path. Whatever the case, abandoning unnecessary clinging is the root of turning the mind to Dharma. Experience, realization, and faith are what practitioners need. Being able to maintain equanimity no matter what arises is what those who elevate their state need. As soon as illusory experiences arise, it seems that the conceptual thoughts of the eight worldly concerns have disappeared. It seems that one will not drown in water, will not be burned by fire, and there is no heat, cold, or suffering, and so on. Furthermore, there are the eight qualities, and so on. When sporadic qualities arise, the demon of pride and arrogance appears, Because there is a danger of meditation declining, abandon attachment to goodness and joyful thoughts as you please. A great meditator who delights in dreams is trapped in the shackles of dualistic grasping. Delighting in qualities of wanting to be great is carried away by the wind of distraction. When meditation is included in a gathering, one naturally enters the effortless dharmadhatu. Between Buddha and samsara, there is a momentary difference in awareness. All appearances of the three realms of samsara are appearances of mind that do not recognize their own nature. The moment of mind knowing all meanings is called the wisdom of the Buddha. On the self-appearance of the sole wisdom, the names of the three kayas and five wisdoms are given. On the self-nature emptiness, free from extremes, it is proclaimed as the Dharmakaya. The clear aspect of that mind, without interruption, appears as mandalas of pure marks and signs, etc., constantly appearing, transforms into the Sambhogakaya of the Sage. For sentient beings who have not realized their own nature, because compassion is as vast as the sky.
