Achieve the 'Mahamudra' (Great Seal) of no birth and no death. 'Ra' (Tibetan, Devanagari: र, Romanized Sanskrit: ra, Literal Chinese meaning: ra) is 'ravi', meaning the sun. When the sun and moon become of one taste, joy arises, and from that, non-conceptual wisdom arises. It is very beautiful because one understands the true meaning of things. 'Ra' (Tibetan, Devanagari: र, Romanized Sanskrit: ra, Literal Chinese meaning: ra) is 'rasana', purifying the right nostril's channel, the sun is red Bodhicitta, the nature of skillful means, the place where the life-force wind flows. 'La' (Tibetan, Devanagari: ल, Romanized Sanskrit: la, Literal Chinese meaning: la) is 'lana', purifying the left nostril's channel, the vowel letter, the moon is white Bodhicitta, the nature of wisdom. When the life-force wind and the white and red Bodhicitta rise upwards, reaching the great bliss wheel, merging with the moon and dripping down again, it fills the pores and the entire body. When such great bliss arises, 'Ra' (Tibetan, Devanagari: र, Romanized Sanskrit: ra, Literal Chinese meaning: ra) is 'ratri', meaning night. Relying on joy, non-conceptual wisdom, the primordial meaning, naturally arises in the continuum. Therefore, day and night, focus on the primordial mind, focus on the one primordial mind, and the meaning of 'Mahamudra' (Great Seal) will be manifested. This is the meaning of 'Ra' (Tibetan, Devanagari: र, Romanized Sanskrit: ra, Literal Chinese meaning: ra). 'La' (Tibetan, Devanagari: ल, Romanized Sanskrit: la, Literal Chinese meaning: la) is 'le hum', meaning to devour. What to devour? Devour the wind, which is like a mistress. Where to devour? Devour in the house. The house is the body, the nine doors of the body, let the wind and mind that flow there cease together. At that time, the wind will enter the central channel. 'La' (Tibetan, Devanagari: ल, Romanized Sanskrit: la, Literal Chinese meaning: la) is 'le hum', meaning to enjoy. What to enjoy? Enjoy the two, 'nada' (Sanskrit, sound) and 'bindu' (Sanskrit, drop). When the two merge indivisibly into 'ham' (Sanskrit, हं, haṃ, seed syllable, emptiness), one will realize the meaning of the Dharma nature. 'La' (Tibetan, Devanagari: ल, Romanized Sanskrit: la, Literal Chinese meaning: la) is 'lala lana', meaning the left channel. 'Rasana' is the right channel. 'Avaduti' is the central channel. Although it is said that there are countless channels in the bodies of beings, the most important are these three. If the two winds can enter the central channel, what will happen? 'La' (Tibetan, Devanagari: ल, Romanized Sanskrit: la, Literal Chinese meaning: la) is 'lambi', meaning to drip. What drips? The bindu, which is the moon, drips. Drink it, which is drinking the Bodhicitta. If you know how to drink it, joy and happiness will arise in the continuum. This should also be drunk like a game, the game is to descend the Bodhicitta, withdraw the Bodhicitta, laugh, and give. This is the meaning of 'La' (Tibetan, Devanagari: ल, Romanized Sanskrit: la, Literal Chinese meaning: la). 'Va' (Tibetan, Devanagari: व, Romanized Sanskrit: va, Literal Chinese meaning: va) is 'vara', meaning supreme. What is supreme? It is wine, which is Bodhicitta. Enjoy it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If one knows how to enjoy it with joy and bliss, one will realize Lhancig kye pa (Co-emergent). Or, through play, that is, the play of skillful means and wisdom. Wa is Vajrayogini (Diamond Yogini). Vajrayogini is the embodiment of emptiness and compassion. It emanates, that is, the three doors of body, speech, and mind abide indivisibly. Wa is vira, that is, the yogini difficult to realize, which is one's own mind. When the joy of co-emergence can make the yogini happy and satisfied, then, the meaning of reality will become manifest. Wa is wavaji, that is, sounding. What sound is it? It is the sound of Damaru (hand drum), that is, the indestructible sound. Indestructible means that skillful means and wisdom are mixed together and inseparable. This is the meaning of wa. Sha is shaya, that is, self-awareness. Self-awareness is indestructible by anything. Sha is shashaharanathika, that is, the white bodhicitta. When it drips, that is, when skillful means and wisdom are united, the protector of the yogini, that is, co-emergence will be realized. Sha is shitakara, that is, making cool. Coolness is like in the summer, sentient beings suffer from hunger, thirst, and heat day and night, the suffering of samsaric beings is also the same. To pacify these sufferings, one needs to descend the bodhicitta. When one descends the bodhicitta, reaches the peak of the four joys, and realizes the meaning of co-emergence, all diseases, sufferings, and discriminations will be pacified. Sha is shashadhara, that is, the hare-bearer (moon). To enjoy it, as it is said in the scriptures, is the sky. Descending the bodhicitta from the crown chakra, the body, speech, and mind experience bliss. Pouring, that is, pouring, through tummo (inner heat) and so on. Or, the sky is the nature of emptiness. To enjoy, that is, to practice repeatedly. This is the meaning of sha. Sha is sahaja (藏文:ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པ།,梵文天城体:सहज,梵文罗马拟音:Sahaja,汉语字面意思:co-emergent). When the excellence of co-emergence can bring pleasure and satisfy the mind, Sha is shapaiapara, that is, the habitual tendencies of discriminating self and other will cease. Sha is sama, that is, equal. Asama, that is, unequal. The yogini has no discriminations of equal and unequal, and there is no doubt in accomplishing great bodhi. Sha is saraha, that is, shooting an arrow. What did shooting an arrow say? Calling 'Come!', realizing the meaning of co-emergence, the Mahamudra (Great Seal)... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
