I pray that all obstacles to the activity of bringing down rain, all spirits, wind gods, and their retinues that hinder the rain, may be drawn to this object of focus. Burn white sugar, nectar, dragon medicine, milk, etc., as excellent offerings. Sprinkle with clean water and bless it. For the sake of offering and generosity, recite as follows: HRIH! Unobstructed and self-arising from the Dharmadhatu, the wisdom nectar transforms into clouds of incense offering. Transforming into the treasure of Samantabhadra's boundless magical displays. Transforming into a palace of precious wish-fulfilling jewels, banners, victory banners, flags, parasols. Flowers, incense, light, fragrant water, various musical instruments, food, and drinks. Bowing and praising with bodies as numerous as dust particles, transforming into clouds of golden essence and wish-fulfilling trees. Wish-fulfilling vases, wish-fulfilling gardens, excellent bathing ponds, and jeweled mountains. Rivers of nectar, rain of medicine that cures diseases, all the wealth of gods, dragons, and humans in the world. And offerings that transcend the world, the king of jewels, clouds of the ocean. Filling the entire expanse of the sky, making it complete. I invite the Sugata Buddha and his retinue of disciples, as well as the ocean of rivers, lakes, clouds, and mists. Boundless sky, great clouds ablaze with lightning, Great clouds possessing power, courageous and adorned with clouds, The beauty of great clouds, the great mandala of clouds. Cloud light, great cloud, lion, great cloud umbrella, Pleasing great cloud and the great cloud covering. Born from clouds, the banner that illuminates, Covering the ten directions, resounding with loud drum sounds, The coolness of clouds, destroying displeasure, with deep and profound sounds. Great clouds spreading, the Ganges water cloud, Like a cloud of power, courageously proclaiming thunder. Universally showing vast clouds, Cloud drops, proclaiming like clouds, sublime like clouds. Wearing clothes like clouds, the abode of clouds, Clouds growing crops, rain clouds. Cloud masses expanding, creating cloud gatherings. Great cloud Utpala (blue lotus), great cloud body of incense. Great cloud sublime, great cloud powerful, Great cloud illuminating, and great cloud bestowing. Destroying like clouds, the river of clouds, Precious jewel-like clouds, gathering clouds, Untimely clouds, and destroying lightning. Like a great cloud, proclaiming from the heights of the sky. Great cloud emitting sound, great cloud born of rainwater. Clouds that accomplish the splendor of pride, Great water clouds possessing six tastes. Scattering water great clouds, great clouds filling the ocean. In times of no rain, clouds cover all around. Cloud forms infinite, and great clouds. Accomplishing all, the splendor of the Jambudvipa (rose apple continent) cloud. Splendor shining, possessing the rays of clouds. Shakya Simha (Lion of the Shakya) and Naga King Victorious. And so forth, in the ten directions of the world, Sugata (One who has gone to bliss) Maitreya (The loving one) possessing great clouds. All without exception, I invite you to come to this place.
