Thus, one obtains the fourth empowerment, the empowerment of wisdom, through this. The obscurations of the three doors (body, speech, and mind) are purified equally, and mature into a state of pure immutability. One has the authority to practice the clear light wisdom of Ati Yoga. The wisdom of the union of awareness and emptiness arises in the continuum. One becomes fortunate to manifest the fruition—the wisdom vajra essence body. As a symbol of the completion of the empowerment, the eight auspicious symbols and the seven precious jewels, which symbolize the auspicious qualities of existence and peace, are used to consecrate, so that wisdom grows steadily, and may the constant auspicious sun shine in all directions. Om! Unsurpassed, possessing the offering tree of existence and peace. Perfecting all virtues, possessing great power. With this perfect auspicious object, may the power of the perfect four assemblies increase! Ah! Auspiciousness arises from the sprout of the two accumulations, auspicious excellent signs, the glory of blossoming flowers. Empowered by the eight auspicious symbols, may auspiciousness be eternally stable, until the end of existence! Hum! Turning the helm of the ten virtues upwards, with the wondrous wheel-turning king of merit, consecrated with the auspicious seven precious jewels, may the Sangha increase, and may Dharma and governance flourish!' Thus consecrate, and recite various auspicious verses. Thus, all those who understand the chariot of the secret ocean know and witness the profound treasure of the clear light emanation vajra. The essence of the Tara meaning empowerment, connected to the four tantras, has been perfectly completed. Therefore, one should think: 'We will protect the vows included in the root and branches, without letting them decline.' And repeat after it. As the main deity said, etc. Offer the mandala. Offer body and possessions. Dedication, etc., all proceed as usual. Third, the subsequent sequence. (If a tsok offering has been made previously, then the remaining offerings are used here. Note) First, receiving accomplishments. Make a brief offering praise. Om! Extremely pure clear light mandala, the form of the wheel of awareness and wisdom. Supreme tsok offering, the deities of the vow Tara. Practicing with one-pointedness, earnestly requesting. As the vows made in the past, grant the unchanging and indestructible clear light power. Vajra body, speech, mind, qualities, and the accomplishment of the supreme activity. Kāya Vāka Citta Guṇa Karma Sarva Siddhi Phala Ho! (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)Second, confession. Hom! In the mandala of the venerable Arya, offerings, samadhi, activities, etc., have not been properly performed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All faults, I confess in the clear, natural state of luminosity. Ah Ah Ah! I rest in equanimity, without conceptualizing the three spheres. Third, the stage of absorption: Ah! Awareness, self-appearing as the Samaya Being, in the expanse of the self-born wisdom realm, without joining or separating, is of one taste. Faces, hands, and symbols dissolve into the expanse. Ah Ah Ah! Fourth, subsequent activity: Tam! Again, from the sky like a rainbow, my own being as the Samaya Being, the form of Tara (圣救度母), appearances, sounds, and thoughts, all three as deities and mantras, arise as the play of great wisdom. Om Ah Hum! As I rise from that: By this virtue, may I quickly attain the state of Jetsun Drolma (至尊度母), and may I place every single being, without exception, on that very ground. Jetsun Bhagavati, compassionate one, may you purify the two obscurations and swiftly perfect the two accumulations of myself and all limitless sentient beings, and may you grant us the attainment of perfect Buddhahood. Until that is attained, in all lifetimes, may we also attain the supreme bliss of gods and humans, and when accomplishing the state of omniscience, may you pacify obstacles, demons, epidemics, and diseases, all kinds of untimely death, bad dreams and bad omens, and all harms such as the eight fears. May you grant the effortless and spontaneous accomplishment of all that increases and expands the auspiciousness and well-being of both the mundane and the transcendent. May we strive in practice, may the Dharma increase, may we always see your blessed face, may we realize the meaning of emptiness, and may the precious Bodhicitta increase and expand like the waxing moon. In that excellent and joyful mandala of the Victorious Ones, born from an exceedingly beautiful lotus, prophesied directly by Amitabha Buddha (无量光佛), may I also attain birth there. The deity I have practiced from previous lives, the activity mother of all Buddhas of the three times, green-skinned, one face, two arms, swiftly pacifying, courageous, transformed into a loving mother, holding an Utpala flower, may this be auspicious. Just as your form, Gyalyum Drolma (རྒྱལ་ཡུམ་སྒྲོལ་མ་,རྒྱལ་ཡུམ་སྒྲོལ་མ་,Gyalyum Drolma, Queen Mother Tara), your retinue, the measure of your life, and your pure land, and just as your excellent and wondrous name is, may I and others become exactly like that. By the power of praising and praying to you, may disease, demons, poverty, and strife be pacified in whatever place we dwell, and may Dharma and auspiciousness increase. Thus, conclude with prayers and auspicious words, and engage in activity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
