Sprinkle the sacred substances with nectar and touch them with the Ekajati Vajra mudra, Oṃ Svāhā. With the same mudra, bless the willow branches, Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā. Bless the melted butter, Oṃ Śrīṃ Svāhā. Bless the grains, Oṃ Jriṃ Svāhā. Bless the other substances, Oṃ Kuru Kuru Svāhā. Purify all the impurities and faults of the substances, making them empty. Radiating light in all directions from its clear and unobstructed form. Within the mandala that is complete with all characteristics such as breadth, in the center of the bright burning white fire of peace. From 'པཾ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: प, Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, meaning: lotus) arises the stem of a lotus, and upon the mandala of the sun from 'མ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: म, Romanized Sanskrit: ma, meaning: sun). From 'རཾ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: र, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, meaning: fire) arises the peaceful fire deity, white in color, with one face and two arms. In his right hand, he holds the peaceful fire wheel, white and clear; in his left, he holds a coiled white peaceful silver phurba. His hair is in a matted topknot, adorned with various jewels, and he wears a triple-stranded Brahmin thread across his shoulder. He has a large belly and prominent ribs. He has a long beard and appears to be about eight years old. He sits on a white goat skin. His head is adorned by Vairochana (རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད།, the Illuminator), the lord of his lineage, and he is surrounded by a gathering of sages. Scent the three places with fragrant powders: at the crown of the head with white 'ཨོཾ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, meaning: body), at the throat with red 'ཨཱཿ' (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, meaning: speech), and at the heart with blue 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: mind). Visualize rays of light like iron hooks emanating from your heart, inviting the fire deity and his retinue from the southeast. With the right hand in the gesture of fearlessness, wave the thumb and recite: 'ཨོཾ། དད་པ་དང་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་གིས། །ཚུར་བྱོན་ཚུར་བྱོན་འབྱུང་པོ་ཆེ། །མི་མཐུན་འཇིགས་བརྒྱད་ཞི་བའི་ཕྱིར། །དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོ་ད་ཚུར་གཤེགས། །ཆིབས་སུ་ར་སྐྱེས་ཁམ་པ་འཆིབ། །ཕྱག་ན་མེ་ཡི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྣམས། །ཕྲིན་ལས་སྒྲུབ་ཕྱིར་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། །' (Om, with faith and samaya, come hither, come hither, great being! To pacify discord and the eight fears, great sage, now come forth! Ride upon a reddish goat, hold the fire wheel in your hand, I request you to come forth to accomplish the activity!). Recite 'ཨོཾ་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་ཨགྣ་ཡེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ' (Om, ehy-ehi bhagavan agnaye sapariwara vajra samajaḥ), visualizing them arriving in the sky before you. Sprinkle water from the action vase and dispel obstructing spirits with the action mantra. Dissolve the samaya being into the jñana being, inseparable, reciting 'ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ' (Dza Hum Bam Hoh). Great King of Flames, for the sake of accomplishing the desired intention, please be seated upon the seat of flames in this sacred place of mine. Samaya tishta lhan! Sprinkle water twice. With the supreme fragrance that arises throughout the three thousand worlds, and with this pure and sacred water mixed with medicines, may all impure and defiled accumulations be purified! Recite 'ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།' (Om Svabhava Shuddha Svaha!). Prostration: HUM! Son of Brahma, Indra, and the protector of the world, whose power, strength, and blessings are inconceivable. To the assembly of deities who fulfill wishes as desired, I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind! Ati Puja! Offering: HUM! Clouds of outer, inner, and secret offerings, immeasurable collections that satisfy the senses, vast and countless offerings, to the fire deity and his retinue.
