祈请赐予成就。然后，于忿怒尊之坛城中，进行忏悔和祈请宽恕：吽！于劫末之火般炽燃之中，五毒转为智慧之黑汝嘎（Heruka，梵语，义为饮血尊），与法界之大母五忿怒母相合。郭里（Gauri）等内之四忿怒母，布卡（Puska）等外之瑜伽母，辛哈（Singha）等食肉面之众，格里达（Grdha）等边境之飞禽，炽燃之回廊，二十八自在母，四门之勾缚、束缚、调伏、喜悦四门母。饮血诸尊身未显明，心咒字数稀少，手印未纯熟，未以会供及朵玛（Torma，食子）圆满处所，祈请忿怒诸尊宽恕。 然后，于忿怒尊之坛城中，特别祈请忏悔：嗡！首先，领受此秘密殊胜之誓言后，违越难守之承诺，偏离誓言，凡有违背饮血五部佛之心意之处，祈请具大悲心之您宽恕。因嘎巴拉（Kapala，颅器）之合修供养，生起分别念之障碍，凡有违背克罗地（Krodhi）五明妃之心意之处，祈请忿怒法界自在母宽恕。物质与手印未显现，凡有违背食肉郭里（Gauri）之心意之处，祈请处所之八母宽恕。未如仪轨陈设血肉供品，凡有违背辛哈（Singha）等之心意之处，祈请地域之空行母众宽恕。东西南北四门未分明，凡有违背马面门母之心意之处，祈请智慧四门母宽恕。未能调伏难守之承诺与六聚，凡有违背七母四姊之心意之处，祈请十一空行母众宽恕。因受用微少而损减会供之精华，凡有违背精华游行自在母之心意之处，祈请二十八自在母宽恕。不住于处所而行持，凡有违背提拉（Tira）游行处所之心意之处，祈请游行大母众宽恕。未如本尊父母般行持，凡有违背金刚上师之心意之处，祈请金刚国王众宽恕。未得三摩地（Samadhi，禅定），未分寂静与忿怒，凡有违背金刚王族之心意之处，祈请导师灯母众宽恕。因懈怠而中断手印，凡有违背羯磨（Karma，事业）业者之心意之处，祈请事业上师众宽恕。合修之时未达标准，凡有违背智慧慢母之心意之处，祈请秘密明妃众宽恕。度脱之时，三摩地未稳固，凡有违背士夫（Purusha）金刚持之心意之处

Grant me accomplishments. Then, within the mandala of the Wrathful Deities, perform confession and supplication for forgiveness: Hūṃ! In the midst of blazing like the fire at the end of an eon, the five poisons transformed into the wisdom Heruka, united with the great mother of the sphere, the five Wrathful Mothers. Gauri and the other four inner Wrathful Mothers, Puska and the other outer Yoginis, Singha and the other flesh-eating-faced hosts, Grdhra and the other winged ones of the borders, the blazing corridors, the twenty-eight Powerful Women, the four gatekeepers of hooking, binding, subduing, and delighting. The bodies of the blood-drinking deities are not clear, the heart mantras are few in number, the mudras are not perfected, the places are not filled with tsok and torma. I ask forgiveness from all the Wrathful Deities. Then, within the mandala of the Wrathful Deities, specifically supplicate for confession: Oṃ! First, having received this secret supreme vow, having strayed from the difficult-to-keep promises, having deviated from the samaya, whatever is contrary to the hearts of the five families of blood-drinkers, I ask forgiveness from you who possess great compassion. Through the interruption of conceptualization in the union offering of ghana, whatever is contrary to the hearts of the five Krodhi consorts, I ask forgiveness from the Wrathful Mother, the mistress of the sphere. The substances and mudras not being manifest, whatever is contrary to the heart of the flesh-eating Gauri, I ask forgiveness from the eight mothers of the place. The offerings of flesh and blood not being arranged according to the scriptures, whatever is contrary to the heart of Singha and Tramen, I ask forgiveness from the bodies of the dakinis of the land. The four gates of east, south, west, and north not being distinguished, whatever is contrary to the heart of the horse-faced gatekeepers, I ask forgiveness from the four wisdom gatekeepers. The difficult-to-keep promises and the six circles not being subdued, whatever is contrary to the hearts of the seven mothers and four sisters, I ask forgiveness from the bodies of the eleven dakinis. The essence of the tsok being diminished due to small enjoyment, whatever is contrary to the heart of the essence-wandering Powerful Women, I ask forgiveness from the twenty-eight Powerful Women. Not relying on the place, engaging in actions of arising and entering, whatever is contrary to the heart of the Tira place-wanderer, I ask forgiveness from the bodies of the great place-wandering ones. Not acting like the father and mother of the deities, whatever is contrary to the heart of the Vajra Master, I ask forgiveness from the bodies of the Vajra Kings. Not attaining samadhi, not distinguishing between peaceful and wrathful, whatever is contrary to the heart of the Vajra royal lineage, I ask forgiveness from the bodies of the teacher lamp. The mudras being interrupted due to laziness, whatever is contrary to the heart of the Karma worker, I ask forgiveness from the bodies of the Karma Master. Not reaching the standard at the time of union, whatever is contrary to the heart of the wisdom proud mother, I ask forgiveness from the bodies of the secret consort vidya.
