请诸位聆听并垂念！八种识从本初即已显现成佛，对于八位心母的意行，我却未能了知，若有违背八位心母之意之处，祈请大悲者宽恕！ 请六位能仁聆听并垂念！六种烦恼从本初即已显现成佛，对于六位能仁的意行，我却未能了知，若有违背六位能仁之意之处，祈请大悲者宽恕！ 请四位门者聆听并垂念！四种断见从本初即已显现成佛，对于四位门者的意行，我却未能了知，若有违背四位门者之意之处，祈请大悲者宽恕！ 请四位门母聆听并垂念！四种无量从本初即已显现成佛，对于四位门母的意行，我却未能了知，若有违背四位门母之意之处，祈请大悲者宽恕！ 接下来是对寂静本尊的忏悔：嗡！ 由于我未能具备自明本智，未能将我的五蕴、十二处、十八界融入寂静坛城本尊之中，祈请四十二位佛陀宽恕！ 由于我未能具备自明本智，未能将五蕴转化为五部佛，因无明而执着自心为我，祈请普贤如来及其眷属宽恕！ 由于我未能具备自明本智，未能将五大转化为五位佛母，因无明而执着自心为我，祈请普贤佛母及其眷属宽恕！ 由于我未能具备自明本智，未能将八识转化为菩萨，因无明而执着自心为我，祈请诸菩萨眷属宽恕！ 由于我未能具备自明本智，未能将四境四时转化为心母，因无明而执着自心为我，祈请诸菩萨母眷属宽恕！ 由于我未能具备自明本智，未能将六种烦恼转化为六能仁，因无明而执着自心为我，祈请六能仁化身宽恕！ 由于我未能具备自明本智，未能将触觉转化为常断二边之门者，因无明而执着自心为我，祈请诸怒尊及怒母宽恕！ 由于我未能具备自明本智，未能将意与法转化为普贤父母，因无明而执着自心为我！

Listen and consider, all of you! The eight consciousnesses have been manifestly enlightened from the very beginning. However, I have neither known nor understood the intentions and actions of the eight Mind Mothers. If I have contradicted the hearts of the eight Mind Mothers in any way, I beseech you, great compassionate ones, to forgive me! Listen and consider, all you six Thubpas (Buddhas)! The six afflictions have been manifestly enlightened from the very beginning. However, I have neither known nor understood the intentions and actions of the six Thubpas. If I have contradicted the hearts of the six Thubpas in any way, I beseech you, great compassionate ones, to forgive me! Listen and consider, all you four Doorkeepers! The four extremes of permanence and annihilation have been manifestly enlightened from the very beginning. However, I have neither known nor understood the intentions and actions of the four Doorkeepers. If I have contradicted the hearts of the four Doorkeepers in any way, I beseech you, great compassionate ones, to forgive me! Listen and consider, all you four Doorkeepers! The four immeasurables have been manifestly enlightened from the very beginning. However, I have neither known nor understood the intentions and actions of the four Doorkeepers. If I have contradicted the hearts of the four Doorkeepers in any way, I beseech you, great compassionate ones, to forgive me! Then, the confession to the peaceful deities: Om! Since I lack the wisdom of self-awareness, I have failed to unite my aggregates, elements, and sense bases with the peaceful mandala deities. I beseech the forty-two Buddhas to forgive me! Since I lack the wisdom of self-awareness, I have failed to unite the five aggregates with the five families. I have erred by grasping at self-mind as self. I beseech the assembly of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra) to forgive me! Since I lack the wisdom of self-awareness, I have failed to unite the five elements with the five mothers. I have erred by grasping at self-mind as self. I beseech the assembly of Kuntuzangmo (Samantabhadri) to forgive me! Since I lack the wisdom of self-awareness, I have failed to unite the eight collections of consciousness with the Bodhisattvas. I have erred by grasping at self-mind as self. I beseech the assembly of Bodhisattvas to forgive me! Since I lack the wisdom of self-awareness, I have failed to unite the four objects and four times with the Mind Mothers. I have erred by grasping at self-mind as self. I beseech the assembly of Bodhisattva Mothers to forgive me! Since I lack the wisdom of self-awareness, I have failed to unite the six afflictions with the Thubpas. I have erred by grasping at self-mind as self. I beseech the emanated bodies of the six Thubpas to forgive me! Since I lack the wisdom of self-awareness, I have failed to unite touch with the Doorkeepers of permanence and annihilation. I have erred by grasping at self-mind as self. I beseech the wrathful deities to forgive me! Since I lack the wisdom of self-awareness, I have failed to unite mind and dharmas with Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra) and Kuntuzangmo (Samantabhadri).
