Arrangement of Offerings: According to convenience, in the front, back, or wherever suitable, arrange the common Torma (Tibetan: སྤྱི་གཏོར།) for the Three Roots (Tibetan: རྩ་གསུམ། - Guru, Ishtadevata, Dakini) and Dharma Protectors (Tibetan: ཆོས་སྐྱོང་། - Guardians of Buddhism), shaped like an arrow, with fifteen identical retinue Tormas, filled with small hooks in between. The common Torma for Dakinis, the upper two corners adorned with small hooks and samaya substances. The wealth deity Torma, shaped like an increasing treasure, with a square base, surrounded by pellet-like foods. The Torma for the Dharma Protector Gonkar (Tibetan: མགོན་དཀར་། - White Mahakala), father and mother, shaped like an arrow, and two cone-shaped Tormas. The black triangular Torma for the Karma Yama (Tibetan: ལས་གཤིན། - Death deities of action), with eight identical retinue Tormas, connected by small hooks. The Torma for Mahabala (Sanskrit: Mahābala - Great Strength), a black triangle, wrapped with changbu grass, with a fire pattern. The Torma for the thirty local deities (Tibetan: སྡེ་དཔོན། - Local lords), a red Torma shaped like an arrow, with thirty small hooks. All of these are adorned with meat and blood. The Torma for the wealth deity Kunchok Nyilbu (Tibetan: ཀུན་འཁྱིལ། - All Gathering), three brothers, with a treasure-shaped Torma on top of three strands of changbu grass, adorned with three eyes, surrounded by various food essences. The Torma for the treasure protector Tseringma (Tibetan: ཚེ་རིང་མ། - Long Life Mother), a white circle, with five identical retinue Tormas, eleven small hooks, filled with food essences, mainly the three white substances. In front or to the side, arrange the crescent-shaped Tormas for the Dakinis. If that much is not available, then perform the Torma ritual for the Three Roots, wealth deities, and Dharma Protectors, combining both arrangement and offering. Finally, offer water for drinking, water for washing feet, flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, and food, either arranged in a circle or in a row. Otherwise, according to convenience, prepare cleansing water, a gathering Torma on a field skin, a blazing jewel, meat, alcohol, sweets, sesame sweets, fruits, and other kinds of food and drink as available. A red arrow-shaped Torma with eight small hooks. The central Torma for the Tsenma (Tibetan: བརྟན་མ། - Earth protectors) is a black triangle, the right side is a yellow square, the left side is a white circle, each with three small hooks. The outer tantra Torma is a white circle with small hooks and pellets. The obstacle Torma is a red circle with a changbu grass waist wrap, with small hooks, pellets, and a lamp. Around the mandala, arrange seats suitable for the audience. In front of the master, place inner offerings, a damaru drum, a bell, a yak tail fan, a banner, a stake, white mustard seeds, and scattered barley. In front of the Karma Vajra, place incense and an incense burner, and gugul incense. In front of the attendants, place whatever musical instruments are available. All these items must be complete, clean, pleasing, beautiful, majestic, clear, and uplifting. Do not use impure things, as they will make the ritual sloppy, make the practitioner uncomfortable, and disturb the motivation. This is the key to interdependence and causality. Secondly, the main practice is divided into three parts: the common fundamental mandala is correctly established, and the special peaceful and wrathful mandalas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
