第一，不做阳奉阴违之事；第二，每天不间断地上修习本尊瑜伽和十斋日的会供；第三，守护不间断的顿超（藏文：ཁྲེགས་ཆོད་，梵文天城体：उत्क्रम，梵文罗马拟音：utkrama，汉语字面意思：超越）修法，不杀害众生。如果能守护这四条，那便是当今时代的殊胜瑜伽士。其他诸多违犯誓言之事，都应通过忏悔来弥补，这一点至关重要。这是秋吉林巴（藏文：མཆོག་གྱུར་གླིང་པ་）所著，善哉！ 自生之声本初怙主法性中， 内道方便乘之共同处， 难违金刚誓言极重要， 共同总的誓言各自清净与， 外续三部誓言守护界限外， 违背失坏所有我皆发露忏悔。 尤其根本身语意三者中， 总之上师乃为教法之明灯， 如君如主未能恭敬而舍弃， 引入教门引导之上师乃是， 如父如叔未能敬奉令欢喜， 续部传承意义讲解智慧传承， 未能如己之身珍爱而守护， 圆满四灌之水上师乃是， 未能如眼如心珍爱令心违。 指示自明意义口诀之导师乃， 未能视如命之精华而犯错， 弥补衰损引导轮回处上师， 未能如母般珍爱令其欢喜， 未能如六导师之教言而行持， 上师誓言违背所有我皆发露忏悔。 众生安住佛性总的道友乃， 趣入佛法教门久远的道友乃， 密咒见行相同亲近的道友乃， 导师本尊坛城一体所摄持， 融合四友本性本尊自性中， 未能了知令心违背我皆发露忏悔。 身体殴打损害财物法衣用， 语中妄语绮语恶语皆已出， 意中不信邪见贪嗔皆已生， 三门行为违背上师道友等， 令心违背失坏身之誓言也， 今生短命疾病缠身麻风侵， 来世地狱痛苦感受定当有， 所有一切追悔莫及我皆发露忏悔。 未能观想外内为天众坛城， 未能了知声响气脉为咒语， 未能证悟明点大乐自明光， 未能如是观修誓言失坏也， 会供朵玛手印金刚歌舞等， 超于时与非时所有我皆发露忏悔。 根本因之生起缘之咒语乃， 念诵事业未能区分咒语中断也， 法之……
