Please supplicate!’ Pray in this way three times. At the place of the torma (Tib: གཏོར་མ, a type of offering) in front, visualize within a boundless blue tent of light, the deity as before, clearly. Invite the wisdom being to come and remain. Perform prostrations, offerings, and praises. Then sprinkle nectar, and visualize the light from the guru's heart, stimulating the torma to appear as the deity. From that, the deity's form is immeasurable, like dust gathering in sunlight, or like hail falling on a pile of stones, dissolving into the crown of your head, and contemplate receiving all the blessings, abilities, and powers of the body. After giving these instructions, place the torma on your head and recite: ‘Mamo (Tib: མ་མོ, a class of female deities), dakini (Tib: མཁའ་འགྲོ, female sky-goers) with samaya (Tib: དམ་ཚིག, sacred vows), loving like a mother, affectionate like a sister, devoted like a friend, obedient like a servant, may you obtain the power of the oath-bound protector!’ After ‘Om Trag Raksha Maha Dun Bhyo Maha Yaksha Tikshna Kali Dun Bhyo,’ add ‘Aveshaya’ (Tibetan: ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आवेशय, Sanskrit Romanization: āveśaya, Literal meaning: enter), recite it strongly, and combine it with incense and musical sounds. Similarly, the sound of mantra and immeasurable letters appear as before, dissolving into your throat, and contemplate receiving all the blessings, abilities, and powers of speech, then place the torma on your throat. Recite the verses ‘Mamo Dakini’ etc., combined with mantra, incense, and music. For the sake of reciting the mantra's transmission, recite the prayer, then repeat: ‘The deity has been taken by me, may the deity bless me!’ Visualize the torma appearing as the deity's heart, on top of a sun disc, there is a blue-green ‘Ma’ syllable, surrounded by a blue mantra garland, from which a second one arises, coming out of the mouth, and contemplate dissolving into your mouth and heart. Then grasp the guru's mala (Tib: ཕྲེང་བ, rosary) and also repeat the mantra. Finally, scatter flowers, may all the speech, wisdom, mantra power, ability, and blessings of the glorious deity enter now! Again, visualize the torma appearing as Mamo, on the lotus sun disc in the heart, there is a blue-green ‘Ma’ syllable, blazing supremely. From that, gatherings of rainbow-like light rays, and the forms of Mamo's body and hand implements, immeasurably appear as before, dissolving into your heart, and finally Mamo herself also dissolves into a blue bindu (Tib: ཐིག་ལེ, drop) like molten turquoise, dissolving into the ‘Ma’ in the heart, which also dissolves into your heart, contemplate receiving all the blessings, abilities, and powers of the mind, then place the torma on your heart, and recite the verses ‘Mamo Dakini’ etc., combined with mantra, incense, and music. Third, the secret permission relying on the introduction of the torma is, again, visualize the torma instantly appearing as the deity, and sprinkle it with blessed nectar.
