Then, the Lord concealed all the instructions on the root tantra and oral teachings as treasures in the Khoting Lhakhang (Tibetan: མཁོ་མཐིང་ལྷ་ཁང་, meaning Blue Warehouse Temple). The thirteenth incarnation of the Lord, Nyang Rinpoche (Tibetan: ཉང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ), unearthed the treasures and gave them to his son Dromgon (Tibetan: འགྲོ་མགོན་). Dromgon then gave them to Guru Rinpoche Chokyi Wangchuk (Tibetan: གུ་རུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་). Furthermore, in the 'Essence Commentary on the Collection of Activities' (Tibetan: ཕྲིན་ལས་རིག་གཏད་སྙིང་འགྲེལ་), Vairotsana (Tibetan: བཻ་རོ་) concealed all the tsok offerings in various places in Khoting, such as the Sky Ladder Rock (Tibetan: གནམ་སྐས་བྲག་) and the Essence Phurba (Tibetan: བཅུད་ཕུར་). Chokyi Wangchuk himself extracted the upper and lower treasures, combined them, and passed them on to his son Pema Wangchen (Tibetan: པདྨ་དབང་ཆེན་) and Kathokpa Gyalwa Zangpo (Tibetan: ཀཿཐོག་པ་རྒྱལ་བ་བཟང་པོ་). Thus, the blessings were passed down through generations of esteemed lamas without diminishing, and I (the author) have also received the transmission. Therefore, generate profound faith in the master, the Lord of Secrets (referring to Vajrapani), and recite the following supplication: 'Secret Lord Vajradhara! Please consider me with compassion! In order to overcome all obstacles and adverse conditions! The body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the pure and stainless sage teacher! I pray that they may be completely bestowed upon me!' Recite three times. Then, from the heart of the master, rays of light emanate, striking you all. All impure appearances are purified and dissolve into emptiness. Within emptiness, visualize yourself as a peaceful sage, with a yellow Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable at your heart center. From the Hūṃ syllable, rays of light emanate, inviting the celestial sage Stainless Light from the cave of the Forest Net Mountain in the southern part of India, surrounded by a multitude of hundreds of thousands of sages, coming like a gathering of clouds. Visualize them dissolving into you all. Recite: 'Oṃ hala hala hili hili he he drung drung jaḥ jaḥ bhyo bhyo zlok zlok (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་ཧ་ལ་ཧ་ལ་ཧི་ལི་ཧི་ལི་ཧེ་ཧེ་དྲུང་དྲུང་ཛཿཛཿབྷྱོ་བྷྱོ་ཟློག་ཟློག༔ )'. And recite 'Traṃ (Tibetan: ཏྲཾ)' twenty-one times, dissolving into non-duality. Due to this dissolution, hatred is transformed into a vajra body: the body is dark blue-black, with one face and four arms, the first two hands raising a hand axe and a sword, the lower two hands making the kikimudra (Tibetan: གནམ་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཐལ་མོ་རྡེབ་པ, i.e., striking the palms in a vajra iron posture), mouth open, bared fangs, three eyes blazing like fire, hair reddish-black standing on end, naked, without any ornaments, appearing as a terrifying form. Recite the root mantras of peace and wrath, increasing, subduing, and wrathful mantras once, making them clear and stable. Visualize the wrathful deity from the front generation mandala, descending like one lamp branching into two, dissolving into you. Place the form of the wrathful deity on the crown of your head, and recite: Hūṃ! This celestial sage Stainless One! Is no different from the Lord of Secrets! I offer you... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
