Name it according to the vows, tie flowers on the head, and say: 'Prati samaya stvam, Bodhicitta puspe ho!' (藏文：པྲ་ཏི་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ།，梵文天城体：प्रति समय स्त्वं，梵文罗马拟音：prati samaya stvam，汉语字面意思：Each vow you). O Vajradhara Guru, strive to open the eyes of wisdom for your child! Therefore, today I will remove the veil of ignorance. Say: 'Vajra caksuh pravesaya phat!' (藏文：བཛྲ་ཙཀྵུཿཔྲ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：वज्र चक्षुः प्रवेशय फट्，梵文罗马拟音：vajra cakṣuḥ praveśaya phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Vajra eye enter phat!), open his eyes. Look at this great mandala! Now generate strong faith! You are born into the lineage of the Lotus King, and today you will obtain all accomplishments!' Thus showing the mandala and the form of the deity. Then, for the main part of the empowerment, pray: 'The body of the Buddhas of the three times, O Vajradhara Guru, please bestow upon me, the fortunate one, the supreme empowerments of inner and outer secrets! Please ripen and liberate my body, speech, and mind!' Grant permission: 'Because this is the secret of the mind of all the Sugatas of the three times, I will bestow upon you, the fortunate one, the supreme empowerments of inner and outer secrets.' Place the vase on the head and say: 'Hum! From the palace of the auspicious victorious vase, the deities of the five Buddha families of the Guru dissolve into light. The nectar of the unborn Bodhicitta, placed on the head, becomes the supreme empowerment. May the obscurations of body, speech, and mind be completely purified, and may you obtain the empowerment of auspicious victory!' Say: 'Om Buddha Guru Abhisinca Om! By this empowerment of the nectar to your speech, may you obtain the secret empowerment of great bliss wisdom!' Thus pouring the nectar, indicating the meaning of the secret empowerment. Place the mirror on the heart and say: 'Hum! The round mirror is the nature of the Dharmadhatu wisdom, pure, clear, and without stain. This clear and intangible is your own mind. The meaning of the mind's original purity and inherent perfection, indicating this co-emergent wisdom, may you be endowed with the wisdom empowerment!' Say: 'Guru Prajna Jnana Abhisinca Hum! (藏文：གུ་རུ་པྲ་ཛྙཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：गुरु प्रज्ञा ज्ञान अभिषिञ्च हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：guru prajñā jñāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Guru, Prajna, Jnana, Abhisheka, Hum!)' Apply vermilion to the heart, this is the third empowerment. Place the peaceful form of the Guru on the head and say: 'Hum! From the nature of the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya arises in perfection, the Nirmanakaya who subdues the demons, the form of Padmasambhava.
