ཧཱུྃ༔ (Hūṃ)! The mandala is the palace of Samantabhadra (普贤王如来) beyond conceptual elaboration; the substances of the mandala are the self-arisen, wrathful Skull Garland Power. May you, the fortunate and supreme child, obtain the meaning of purifying the four obscurations by receiving the four empowerments! ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ༔ (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Hāḥ) Recite and pour the vase water. Place the skull cup at the throat. ཧོ༔ (Ho)! The body of Padmasambhava (莲花生大师), who benefits beings in the three times, manifestly appears on the crown of the head for those with faith. May you, the fortunate and supreme child, obtain the pure and stainless Nirmāṇakāya (化身) like a lotus! ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ༔ (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Hari Nisa Siddhi Hūṃ Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Hāḥ) Recite and pour the nectar. Place the vajra and bell at the heart. ཧཱུྃ༔ (Hūṃ)! One's own body is in the state of deities and goddesses, the supreme Skull Garland Power, the body of the five families of enjoyment. May you, the fortunate and supreme child, obtain the purification of the five poisons, the clarity of the five wisdoms! ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དྲག་པོ་རྩལ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ༔ (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Guru Drakpo Tsal Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Hāḥ) Place the image of Mañjuśrī (文殊菩萨) and the pustaka (经书) on the forehead. ཧཱུྃ༔ (Hūṃ)! The supreme body of the Sugata (善逝), the noble Mañjuśrī (文殊师利), dispels the mind of delusion, liberates from the demons of the five poisons. May you, the fortunate and supreme child, obtain the empowerment to open the self-door to all Dharma gates! ཨཱོྃ་མུཾ་ཝཱ་གཱི་ཤྭ་རཿཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ༔ (Oṃ Muṃ Vāgīśvaraḥ Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Hāḥ) Place the phurba (金刚橛) and the image of Hayagrīva (马头明王) at the throat. ཧཱུྃ༔ (Hūṃ)! The supreme speech of the Sugata (善逝), Hayagrīva (马头明王), the king of power, subdues the gyalpo spirits and the arrogant eight classes with his power. May you, the fortunate and supreme child, obtain the empowerment that is unobstructed in any activity! ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿབཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧྱ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ༔ (Āḥ Hrīḥ Vajra Krodha Hayagrīva Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Hāḥ) Place the vajra (金刚杵) and the image of Vajrapāṇi (金刚手菩萨) at the heart. ཧཱུྃ༔ (Hūṃ)! The supreme mind of the Sugata (善逝), through the power of Vajrapāṇi (金刚手菩萨), subdues the nāgas (龙族), earth lords, and planets with his power. May you, the fortunate and supreme child, obtain the empowerment that is unobstructed in any ability! ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་མ་ཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ༔ (Hūṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Mahāroṣaṇa Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Hāḥ) Place the karma vase and the image of Meval (火焰明王) at the secret place. ཧོ༔ (Ho)! The activity of the Sugata (善逝), the body of the Yaksha (夜叉) Meval (火焰明王), reduces all obstructing spirits and harm-doers to dust. May you, the fortunate and supreme child, obtain the empowerment to gather all phenomena and subdue arrogance! ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་ཡཀྴ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ༔ (Oṃ Vajra Yaksha Hūṃ Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Hāḥ) Place the five garudas (鹏鸟) at the five places: the crown of the head, the two shoulders, and the two knees. ཧོ༔ (Ho)! The activity of the Sugata (善逝), the garuda (鹏鸟), the king of birds soaring in the sky, is the wrathful Skull Garland Power.
