Visualize: Phagmo (Dakini of Wisdom) in union with Mthing gar (Chakrasamvara), holding a kartrika and skull cup, subduing the four maras, adorned with charnel ground ornaments, appearing clearly in a blaze of wisdom fire. Having meditated thus, recite one hundred or twenty-one times: oṃ padmāntakṛta haya grīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ! Arrange the mandala, and in the center of the four continents, Mount Meru, and clouds of desired offerings, visualize the palace on the summit of Mount Meru, where the Lama Guhyasamaja (Secret Assembly) appears clearly in union, and invite the wisdom beings to merge. Then, with the intention of offering the empowerment mandala, recite: oṃ svabhāva viśuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva viśuddho'haṃ! May the nature of the mandala become emptiness. ratna trāṃ! The basis is pure, the great golden ground of power. vajra rekhe hūṃ! May all obstacles within the outer iron fence be dispelled and protected. vajra rakṣa hūṃ! oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! In the center is Mount Meru, made of five precious jewels. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! East Videha. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! South Jambudvipa. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! West Godaniya. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! North Kuru. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! Videha and Deha. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! Upavideha and Anuvideha. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! Svarasiddhi and Chandrapura. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! Kuru and Kaurava. sūryāya! East is the sun. candrāya! West is the moon. oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ! The earth and space contained within Mount Meru, the four continents, and the iron fence, filled with the seven royal emblems, the five objects of desire, and other outer, inner, and secret offerings, like the clouds of offerings arising from the conduct of Samantabhadra, the Bodhisattva, completely filling everything with inconceivable offerings. I offer this as the means to fully request the four empowerments from the glorious Lama, the embodiment of all Buddhas of the ten directions and four times. oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī vajra samāja! Recite three times. oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī ratna maṇḍala sarva pūja megha samudra spharaṇa samaye svāhā namo! A beautiful and splendid precious mandala, Adorned with Mount Meru, four continents, eight subcontinents, sun, and moon; Filled with precious five desires and Samantabhadra's offering clouds, I offer to the precious Lama, Yidam, and Dakinis; Accept this supreme offering and grant the highest siddhi, And protect me and all beings without exception.
