Accompanied by sound, may the assembled clouds dissolve into light, and through the blessings of blazing light, may the vows of the victorious ones be fulfilled!' Thus bless. Then, the first offering: Hūṃ! Gurus, Yidams (Ishtadevata, personal deity) of the three times, Hayagrīva (wrathful manifestation of Avalokiteśvara) father and mother, main deity and retinue, Dakinis (female spirit), Dharmapalas (protector of the Dharma), oath-bound ones, I offer the feast of food, bestow the Siddhi (spiritual power) of body, speech, and mind. Gaṇa-cakra-pūjā-la kha kha khāhi khāhi! The intermediate fulfillment is: Gurus, Yidams, assembly of great power, through our body, speech, and mind, unintentional faults, decay, contradictions, and errors, we fulfill and confess through the offering of the feast.' Thus fulfill and confess. Finally, the performance of the subjugation offering: Create an image of the enemy and obstructer, Amu-ka nṛ-tri aṃ-gu-sha-dza, Vajra-pāsha hūṃ, Vajra-sphoṭa baṃ, Vajra-ghaṇḍe ho! Thus summon and dissolve. With 'Oṃ hrīḥ Vajra-kroṭa haya-grīva Vajra-kīlī kīlaya hūṃ phaṭ!', visualize oneself as Hayagrīva from the upper part, as described in the ritual, and the lower part as a Kīla (ritual dagger) taken from the blacksmith's ashes. Hūṃ! I am Hayagrīva father and mother, the upper part with one face and two arms, holding a Kīla forged from refined sky-iron, the lower part like an iron Kīla, crackling and scattering, revolving and subduing in the expanse of the sky, if struck, even the gods will be destroyed, what need to mention harmful enemies and obstructers? A thousand dragons roar from the tip of the mantra, a thousand lightning bolts flash from the holding point, crackling sounds emanate from the crocodile's mouth, merely gazing turns them to dust, Māra (demon) upon the enemies and obstructers, Amu-ka u-tsa-ta-ya hūṃ phaṭ!' Thus subjugate and offer into the mouth. Then arrange the leftover offerings: Bhayo! Messenger of power, collector of leftover food, untamed Dakinis of action, extremely terrifying form of a Kiṃkaras (servant of Yama), adorned with a wheel of limb bones, drinking heart blood, making cracking sounds, swift of foot, possessing asceticism and miraculous powers, accept this offering of leftover food, accomplish the entrusted task! Bhayo! Worldly Dakinis with miraculous powers, flesh-eating Dakinis and their emanations, collectors of leftover food, assembly of Dakinis, body color and hand implements uncertain, possessing various uncertain forms, reveling in the flesh and blood of oath-breakers, accept this offering of leftover Torma (ritual cake), accomplish the entrusted task!' Thus give the leftover offerings. Then, to incite the action: Mix the essence and blood with the Torma, burn the smoke of great meat, sound the musical instruments: Bhayo! In the midst of the terrifying charnel ground, in the center of the terrifying blood ocean of the charnel ground, a place of many flesh-eating beasts, the ten wrathful ones cannot pass, Vajrapani (Buddhist deity) also... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I cannot! In such a great and supreme place, is the lord of all Buddhas of the three times, the Sugata (Sugata, Sugata) great power parents (referring to the parent form of the deity) reside. In the wheel of the parents' body (referring to the mandala), twenty hundred thousand Dakinis are perfected. Urge! Urge the main deity and its retinue to engage in activities, enjoy this red offering of flesh and blood, and accomplish the entrusted tasks! Bhryoh! Furthermore, the vessel and contents of wisdom, and the assemblies accomplished by inner and outer activities, roam through the twenty-five sacred places. The sons and consorts of the Buddhas, and those with great power, their body colors and hand symbols are uncertain, holding curved knives, khatvangas (khaṭvāṅga, khatvanga), skull bowls of blood, and small drums, subjugation pestles, and other weapons. Adorned with body ornaments and bells, wearing silk streamers and six bone ornaments, with silk streamers and hair knots as head ornaments. Moving with the wind, making 'Bururu' sounds, with the elegant gait of Vajra feet, unimpeded in the sky, making 'Bunne Bun' sounds, with golden bracelets on their arms, dancing various dances. Activities are not limited to one, accomplishing the four activities without hindrance. Flesh and blood... Accomplish the entrusted tasks... ' Urging so fiercely, activities will be accomplished without hindrance. Afterwards, the paths and boundaries of the Torma (bali, offering) are incorporated into the teachings of the Kagyu school (a school of Tibetan Buddhism). After that, it is the protection of the oath-bound deities: Bhryoh! Those who listen to the commands of the great power parents, the seven Dakinis of the Vajra family, enjoy this oath substance Torma, and accomplish the peaceful activities! The seven Dakinis of the Ratna family, enjoy this oath substance Torma, and accomplish the enriching activities! The seven Dakinis of the Padma family, enjoy this oath substance Torma, and accomplish the magnetizing activities! The seven Dakinis of the Karma family, enjoy this oath substance Torma, and accomplish the wrathful activities! Bhryoh! The assembly that listens to the commands of the great power parents, the twenty-eight Ishvaras, the thirty-two Ishvaras, and the masters of Vajrakila (vajrakīla, a ritual dagger) and Rakshasas (rākṣasa, Rakshasa) cemeteries, the seven Matris, the four gate sisters, and the eight burning goddesses, the sixty-eight, etc., in the presence of the great power Padma, fulfilling the vows as they are, enjoy this command Torma, and accomplish the entrusted tasks!' Thus protecting the oath-bound deities. After that, it is the horse dance, placing the Torma plate upside down, with a substitute doll underneath, and reciting: Hrih! In the red and black triangular mandala, is the wrathful body of the wrathful king Hayagriva (Hayagriva, a Buddhist guardian deity), accompanied by the non-dual Vajravarahi (Vajravarahi, a Buddhist female deity), holding a curved knife, a skull bowl of blood, and a khatvanga, the horse head and pig face making loud noises, in the river of suffering and disease, dancing the fierce horse dance. In the first horse dance wheel, is the great power dance of subduing demons, the Dakini who subdues pride, now striking the instruments of the ten directions! In the second horse dance wheel, is the Rakshasa's flesh-eating enjoyment dance, the Dakini who subdues hatred, and the assembly of spirits... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
