拉达让雄！ 马舞三界之末， 三界饮血之病舞， 摧毁愚痴之空行母， 击打轮回之痼疾与肿瘤！ 将敌人和魔障碾为尘土！ 镇压海底，压制须弥山！ 将轮回过错投入鳄鱼口中！ 嗡 阿 吽 斯瓦 班杂 纳！ 如是连接不断地跳舞。 然后是吉祥祈愿： 那摩！ 法身无边，报身大权身， 化身莲师，四部空行母， 大权莲花舞之诸神众， 内外护法誓盟众海会， 祈愿一切善逝汇聚之吉祥！ 如是广说其他。 迎请诸神降临，收摄坛城，发起祈愿。 自身安住于稳固之我慢中，恒常修持。 马 颈部秘密成就灌顶之仪轨， 为使龙钦心髓法旨圆满， 益西措嘉（智慧海王，莲师的明妃）和南喀娘波（虚空藏，藏传佛教宁玛派传承中的重要人物）二位， 视为法器，圆满授予法旨， 为未来利益，珍藏为伏藏。 于五浊末世之时， 愿与具缘业力者相遇！ 卡唐！ 古雅！ 伏藏印！ 封印！ 严印！ 交付印！ 如我伏藏师ra tna ngas（宝我）， 于门卡内日森格宗（地名）， 从秘密洞穴中取出。 若遇具缘者，则可交付。 若黄纸上下有错乱、缺失或增补，请允许修正。 此乃从黄纸南喀娘波手稿中抄录之语。
