In the Torma plate of the unborn realm, Arrange the large Torma of the unpainted mandala. Adorn the Torma with unobstructed awareness and skill. To the Lama, the Victorious Ones, peaceful and wrathful, And all the Dakinis, the Sugatas, May the supreme empowerment be conferred upon you. Through the blessings of obtaining this supreme empowerment, May the four visions dawn primordially in this very state of birth and Bardo. May the suffering of death and the Bardo, Be transferred into the realm of the three Kayas. In the Bardo of Dharmata, peaceful and wrathful, May self-arisen spontaneous enlightenment be attained. The lineage of the Buddhas' intention, the lineage of the Vidyadharas' symbols, the lineage of the individuals' oral transmission, the lineage of the Dakinis' entrustment, and so forth, the assembly of the nine lineages of Lamas and Vidyadharas, and the mandala of the Yidams, the peaceful and wrathful Victorious Ones, the heroes, Dakinis, oath-bound protectors, Dharma protectors, treasure lords, guardians, the ocean of retinues, may they bestow empowerment and blessings upon this fortunate son (or daughter) of the lineage. May they pacify all unfavorable conditions and increase and expand the assembly of favorable conditions like the waxing moon for the accomplishment of liberation and the sacred Bodhi. May they, in the Bardo of the birth place, sever the doubts of hearing and thinking, and like a bird entering its nest, may they fill the mind with unwavering faith in the practice of primordial purity and spontaneous accomplishment, and may they perfect stability. May they, in the Bardo of the moment of death, clearly recall all the familiar instructions, and like water poured into water, may the mother and child luminosities of the ground and path merge, and may they distinguish the specific in a single instant. May they, in the Bardo of Dharmata, recognize all the arising gates of sound, light, and rays as self-appearances, and like a child entering its mother's lap, may they dissolve into the womb of clear light wisdom and be liberated in the primordial ground. May they, in the Bardo of existence, not be separated from the awareness of the six recollections, and by blocking the birth gate of the six realms of Samsara, like a fox entering a broken irrigation ditch, may they go to the great breath in the realm of the self-nature Nirmanakaya and spontaneously accomplish the two benefits. In short, may they, on the path of self-nature Great Perfection, simultaneously realize liberation and enlightenment, and in one lifetime and one body, may they awaken into the space of the youthful vase body.
