Focus intently on this. For example, just as one tames a wild, unruly horse, do not let your mind wander, apply effort with varying degrees of intensity. Combine it with your nature, and let a wise person who knows the measure engage in it without clinging to any characteristics. Signs of this will appear in both body and mind: the body's signs are trembling and shedding tears, while the mind feels joy and abides in non-thought. Meditate until these signs appear. Emaho! For example, like a person who has relinquished all affairs, do not cling to anything, abide in the natural state. Do not be distracted, remain clear and relaxed in the natural state. For example, just as clouds appear in the sky, the essence of the sky does not change because of it. Similarly, if the essence of mind is mastered, it will not be obscured by various thoughts, nor will it need to be fabricated. Do not cling to any characteristics, abide in happiness. Even if clinging and thoughts arise, they are like mist under the rising sun, leaving no trace, and thoughts will naturally dissipate. At that time, all illusory appearances, though they appear, are not truly existent, but are illusory appearances that dissolve on their own. The arising of appearances is self-liberation, your own experience. By meditating on it, the path of yoga becomes easy. Warrior Vajra, please listen! This nature of my conduct is the path of all Buddhas, and it is the root of all dharmas. All cause and effect are appearance and emptiness inseparable. The teaching on the method of realizing awareness: whatever appears, appears simultaneously in the realm, just as the sun and moon are swallowed by Rahu, in the outer, inner, and secret aspects, it is taught as a path of skillful means. Thus it was said. The second is the empowerment of the power of awareness. It is written in Manshelden: Focus your eyes, with one-pointed attention, on the light of the mirror of self-born Vajrasattva. Hum Hum Hum! For example, just as one searches for a precious jewel, one searches by observing the color of the water. If you desire the meaning of the awareness of bodhichitta, the former thought is the remaining habit, the latter thought is the arising afflictions and conceptual thoughts. The present thought that arises is the condition of the five senses. Do not be controlled by these three, the mind itself is primordial, without clinging, naturally clear. That is the all-pervading wisdom of original awareness. The self-illuminating nature is the dharmakaya of bliss. Let go of the calculations of knowledge, remain upright and natural. Jnana Dhatu, Abhisheka, Hum! For example, using the clear light of crystal as a symbol, realize the all-pervading wisdom of the ultimate self-born awareness, recognize the self-nature of self-born unobstructed appearance. Ema, listen, fortunate son of the lineage! Having received the supreme empowerment of the power of self-awareness, without meditation, abide in the state of non-distraction. By becoming accustomed to it, you will attain great bliss. For example, just as a fish cannot leave the water, continuously maintain the awareness of mindfulness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do not transgress! Like a queen under the rule of a king, do not chase after thoughts of the past and future! Like a thief running away as soon as they are caught, when thoughts arise, seize them with mindfulness! Like a wealthy person effortlessly obtaining wealth, let body and mind remain calm without effort! The meditative experience of a yogi who has realized this is: the body is as soft as cotton, the in and out breaths are comfortable and balanced, and the mind is capable of realizing the bliss of Dharmata! Great Bodhisattva, please listen carefully! My Dharmata is like the sun shining in the sky, focusing on reality without artifice, without distraction! Without any obstruction, Dharmata is the field of practice! Not to transgress it is the great Samaya! Afflictions, habitual tendencies, thoughts of the past and future are all demons! Just as clouds suddenly obscure the sky, they will obscure you. If you want to achieve your goal like clouds dissipating, let my wisdom remain in an un fabricated state! Great Bodhisattva, please listen! From the beginning of Samsara, you have been obscured by the darkness of ignorance! The rootless moment, if you can recognize it, you can achieve a great goal! You can gain control over everything!' Thus it was said. The third is the empowerment of the general pouring of wisdom, you must cast your eye consciousness and awareness into the expanse of the sky, and merge the inner and outer space into one! The Lama points to the sky with the threatening mudra, reciting: Hum! Hum! Hum! The analogy for the great wisdom of self-awareness is: like the sky, without beginning or end, like the depths of an unmoving ocean! Non-discriminating, utterly relaxed, in this state, there is no confusion of thoughts! It is originally self-born great wisdom! Jnana Chakshu, Abhishincha, Hum! Taking the example of a clear sky, recognize the wisdom of self-born awareness, whose state is without beginning or end, and whose nature is luminous, abide in this state, and do not depart from this naturally abiding meditation! Ema! Listen, fortunate son of the lineage! For example, just as a wish-fulfilling jewel naturally has the ability to fulfill all needs, self-born wisdom is the basis of all virtues! Once it is recognized, sinking and elation will naturally dissolve! Just as poison, when blessed with a mantra, can eliminate disease and become medicine! Afflictions, greed, and hatred are like being poisoned! If you illuminate them with wisdom, they will become aids to vision! Whatever good or bad thoughts arise in your mind, abandon attachment to liking and disliking, accepting and rejecting! Do not negate appearances, this is the self-born nature! Great Bodhisattva, now please listen respectfully! Clear and non-discriminating, this is the meaning of self-born great wisdom! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
