Please bestow upon all sentient beings, supreme and common siddhis without exception.' With these words, supplicate for desired aims and receive siddhis, confess transgressions, and either absorb the wisdom being into the form or allow it to depart. The samaya being should become inseparable from oneself. The following is the essential instruction for accomplishment through reliance on outer water torma offerings. This tradition of water torma offerings was revealed by Chokgyur Lingpa (Chos kyi gling pa) from the temple of Namnang Jampa (rnam snang byams pa). Herein lies the Dharma cycle of Red Dzambhala (འཛམྦྷ་ལ་,藏文, जम्भल,梵文天城体, jambhala,梵文罗马拟音, wealth deity), containing the means of accomplishment for the assembly of nine male and nine female local deities. Homage to Arya Dzambhala! The means of accomplishing the assembly of nine male and nine female local deities is as follows: In the center of a red mandala (ma dhal) with eight petals, draw a complete palace with doorways, along with eight lotus petals. Prepare tormas equal in number to the deities, made from a mixture of the three whites (milk, yogurt, butter) and the three sweets (honey, molasses, sugar), resembling stalks of jewels. Arrange extensive offerings such as water, flowers, and so forth. Meditate on oneself as Arya Avalokiteśvara. In the center of the eight petals of the mandala in front, from Bam (བཾ,梵文种子字) arises the goddess Vasudhara. On the petals starting from the east, in the four directions are Bhadra, Su-bhadra, Gupta, and Su-gupta. In the four intermediate directions are Devi, Sarasvati, Arya, and Candra-sphatika. All of these deities are red in color, with one face and two arms, the right hands holding treasure vases, and all the left hands holding stalks of red jewels, adorned with Rati flowers and red silk garments, seated in a semi-lotus posture. Within the bhaga of the main goddess, in the center of the complete palace with doorways, on the center of the eight lotus petals is Dzambhala. Starting from the east, in the four directions are Purna-bhadra, Vaisravana, Datta, and Bhadra-nidhi. In the four intermediate directions starting from the southeast are Pichu-kundali, Purna-kunda, Carya-pati, and Dvara-pati. At the east gate are Datta and Maha-datta, at the south gate are Padma and Maha-padma, at the west gate are Kili and Maha-kili, and at the north gate are Purna and Purna-bhadra. All of these deities are red in color, with protruding genitals, one face and two arms, the right hand holding a wish-fulfilling jewel, and the left hand squeezing the neck of a mongoose, showering down various jewels, adorned with red Rati necklaces, wearing red silk garments, seated in a playful posture. Meditate on blessing the three places (forehead, throat, heart), from which rays of light emanate. From the heart of oneself, clear as the deity, also emanate rays of light, inviting Dzambhala and his retinue to come forth and dissolve into the samaya being.
