Offerings that please the mind! All that is stable and moving trembles and sways! The essence of samsara and nirvana is involuntarily gathered and dissolves into Hrīḥ, transforming into a red lotus marked with the syllable Hrīḥ! This lotus completely transforms into Padma Khadro Rigjed Tsal (Lotus Dakini, Awareness-Activating Play), her body reddish-brown, as bright as a red flower, radiating the brilliance of a billion suns! One face, four arms, three eyes round and red, gazing slightly to the left, her hair dark and lustrous, crimson in color, standing upright, the remainder cascading down her back. Her head is adorned with Sindhuvara flowers, and she is majestic with a red jewel topknot. Her face smiles, revealing her teeth, extremely charming, with a slightly wrathful demeanor. Her breasts are firm, and her secret lotus is blooming, exuding the grace of a sixteen-year-old girl. Her first two hands draw a red utpala lotus bow and arrow to her ears, involuntarily drawing in the life force of samsara and nirvana. Her lower right hand plays the skull drum (Ḍāmaru), its sound causing all three realms to tremble and sway. Her lower left hand holds a kapala filled with blood, with a curved knife placed to the left, involuntarily stealing the minds of the three realms. Her head is adorned with five dry human heads, and she wears a necklace of fifty fresh human heads. She is adorned with five bone ornaments, jewels, and garlands of red flowers. She wears a tiger skin loincloth. Her right leg is bent, her toes pressing on her left thigh; her left leg is extended, stepping on a red corpse lying on the sun. The red corpse's head faces left, its heart being squeezed, red rays of light blazing and swirling, playing in the midst of this turbulence. To the east of the four lotus petals is Vajra Khadroma (Diamond Dakini), white in color, transformed from the syllable Ha; to the south is Ratna Khadroma (Jewel Dakini), yellow in color, transformed from the syllable Ri; to the west is Padma Khadroma (Lotus Dakini), red in color, transformed from the syllable Ni; to the north is Visva Khadroma (All Dakini), green in color, transformed from the syllable Sa. All the dakinis radiate an alluring red glow. One face, two arms, three eyes. Their right hands hold aloft iron hooks adorned with the emblems of their respective families; their left hands hold lassos. Their ornaments and attire are the same as the main deity, and they stand in a dancing posture, stepping on the heart of the corpse lying on the sun. They transform into bodies standing in the midst of blazing wisdom light! Visualize in this way. Blessings of the Three Places: On the foreheads of all the main deity and retinue, the essence of the Body Vajra Dakini is the white Oṃ; at the throats, the essence of the Speech Vajra Dakini is the red Āḥ; at the hearts, the essence of the Mind Vajra Dakini is the blue Hūṃ, through the union of radiating and gathering light, the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Think of being blessed into the nature of Vajra. (Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत काय वाक चित्त ज्ञान वज्र स्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्) (Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata kāya vāk citta jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako'ham) (All Tathagata Body, Speech, Mind, Wisdom, Vajra Nature, I). Make the Vajra five-pronged mudra, touching the three places (forehead, throat, heart). Then invite the wisdom being: join the hands, bend the little fingers inward, press with the thumbs. Raise the middle fingers, join the ring fingers back to back, extend the index fingers naturally, making the lotus mudra. (Tibetan) Hrih! Mother who delights in the wisdom of complete understanding, Lotus Dakini, skillful in knowledge, Vast hosts of powerful Dakinis, Come to this place to accomplish activities. (Tibetan) Hrih! Lotus Dakini, all Samaya, Samaya, be firm! E, Ah, Ra li, Hrim, Hrim, Phem, Phem, Abeshaya, A, Ah! Recite this mantra fiercely, shake the vajra bell and clap hands, invite the wisdom being. Make the mudra. (Tibetan) Dza, Hum, Bam, Ho! Sura ta, be firm, I! Visualize that through recitation, all the wisdom beings pervading space that are invited become inseparable from the wheel of vows. Again, from the rays of light emanating from one's own heart, invite the deities of the Lotus family filling the sky. They bestow empowerment with the red and white nectar of increasing Bodhicitta, the stream of nectar enters from the crown of the head, filling the inside of the body, purifying the defilements of conceptualization, the water remains on the crown of the head, from the main deity appears the nature of Amitabha, the glorious Red Hayagriva, holding a lotus staff and a lasso, adorned with wrathful attire, from the crown of the head emanates the sound of the powerful horse neighing, and the retinue is adorned with the image of the main deity on their heads. Join the hands horizontally, raise the two thumbs, make the horse-head mudra on the crown of the head. (Tibetan) Hrih! Lotus Hayagriva, empower, Om! Hrih! Lotus, empower, me! Thus seal it. Here, offering praise, whether there is or isn't, is fine, and if you like, you can explain it when offering the Torma below. Focus the mind on the clear appearance of the main deity, generate pride, this is the recitation by meditating on the deity. Second, reciting the mantra: Visualize on the lotus and sun disc in your heart, there is a wisdom heart-mother like yourself, full of color, in her heart, on the sun disc of meditation, the red ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Seed syllable of shame) syllable burns like a lamp, surrounded by a rosary of mantras. Holding this in mind, count with a red sandalwood or coral rosary, starting from the ring finger, reciting: ཨོཾ་པདྨ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ (Tibetan) Om, Lotus Dakini, Kurukulle, Hrih, Svaha! After it becomes clear, from there appears a second string of mantras, emanating from the mouth, entering from the lotus of the navel, continuously. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
