我，莲师化身（Guru Rinpoche emanation），向五部（Five families）大鹏鸟（Khyungchen）顶礼赞颂！ 莫忘昔日誓愿与发心！ 降伏地神（Sadak）龙族（Klu）厉鬼（Nyen）之时已到！ 降伏疖肿（Gag）热病（Lhok）毒疮（Zer）三者之时已到！ 降伏癫狂（Smyo）瘟疫（'Bong）麻风（Mdze）诸病之时已到！ 降伏诅咒（Byad ma）恶咒（Rbod gtong）之时已到！ 降伏恶毒龙病之时已到！ 降伏邪魔（Dreg）痛风（Grum bu）之时已到！ 降伏痘疹（'Bras）眼疾（Phol mig）之时已到！ 降伏瘟疫（Gnyan）肿胀（Skrangs）肿瘤（'Bum）之时已到！ 降伏热病（Lhog pa）地精（Sa srin）之时已到！ 降伏龙魔（Klu gdon）地神（Sa bdag）之时已到！ 降伏星曜魔（Gza' gdon）之时已到！ 降伏游魂（Glo hon）恶鬼（God sri）之时已到！ 降伏肿瘤（Skran）水肿（Dmu chu）之时已到！ 降伏罗刹（Srin po）罗刹女（Srin mo）之时已到！ 降伏凶神（Dam sri）九兄弟（Spun dgu）之时已到！ 降伏疾病（Nad）瘟疫（Yams）传染病（'Go rims）之时已到！ 降伏成千上万的魔障（Bgegs rigs）之时已到！ 降伏男鬼（Pho gdon）精灵（'Byung po）之时已到！ 降伏女鬼（Mo gdon）妖女（Bsen mo）之时已到！ 降伏凶神（Dam sri）土地神（The'u rang）之时已到！ 息止冰雹（Thog）与霜冻（Ser ba）之时已到！ 大威力（Mthu chen）具权势（dBang drag）大鹏鸟（Khyung）降临之时已到！ 无论何种障碍（Bar chod）、疾病（Nad）、邪魔（Gdon）、精灵（'Byung po）！ 权势大鹏鸟，请您诛灭！ 所有诅咒（Byad kha）与恶咒（Rbod gtong），悉皆退散并转化！ 祈愿所有交付之事业，皆能圆满成就！ 此后，持诵：于心间，日轮之上，（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大种生处）字，以咒语之念珠，如火焰般环绕，放射与收摄光芒，行二利事。观想断除恶毒。 嗡 班杂 嘎汝达 赫雅 葛日瓦 吽 啪 (Oṃ vajra garuṭaḥ hya grīva hūṃ phaṭ)！念诵三百万遍。 然后，将念诵、修持、事业三者合一，进行龙命根本念诵：与前文相连，命咒猛厉，身化微尘！那伽 玛拉雅 息息 然然 身化微尘 焚烧殆尽！如此念诵前文咒语的十分之一。于宝瓶中，观想自生宫殿内，诸尊如清澈湖水中星辰般，刹那间清晰显现。自身命咒之光芒，放射与收摄，系于本尊，尽力持诵心咒。最后，以空性之语供养赞颂，并忏悔： 吽！大权忿怒尊（Krodha），与化身眷属！我因三毒所缚，为无明所控！所有罪过、堕落、罪障与污垢！所有违背金翅鸟（Bya khyung）心意之行！于智慧本尊（Ye shes lha tshogs）前，坦白忏悔！萨玛雅 秀达 额 (samaya śuddhe a)！如此念诵。以嗡 阿 吽 (oṃ āḥ hūṃ) 供养，宝瓶之本尊融入光中，化为甘露之自性。第三，后行之事有二，灌顶。

I, the emanation of Guru Rinpoche, prostrate and praise the five great Khyungchens (Garudas) of the five families! Do not forget the vows and bodhicitta of the past! The time has come to subdue the earth lords (Sadak), the nagas (Klu), and the fierce spirits (Nyen)! The time has come to subdue the boils (Gag), fevers (Lhok), and sores (Zer)! The time has come to subdue madness (Smyo), epidemics ('Bong), and leprosy (Mdze)! The time has come to subdue curses (Byad ma) and black magic (Rbod gtong)! The time has come to subdue the evil naga diseases! The time has come to subdue demons (Dreg) and gout (Grum bu)! The time has come to subdue smallpox ('Bras) and eye diseases (Phol mig)! The time has come to subdue epidemics (Gnyan), swellings (Skrangs), and tumors ('Bum)! The time has come to subdue fevers (Lhog pa) and earth spirits (Sa srin)! The time has come to subdue naga demons (Klu gdon) and earth lords (Sa bdag)! The time has come to subdue planetary demons (Gza' gdon)! The time has come to subdue wandering spirits (Glo hon) and evil spirits (God sri)! The time has come to subdue tumors (Skran) and dropsy (Dmu chu)! The time has come to subdue rakshasas (Srin po) and rakshasis (Srin mo)! The time has come to subdue oath-breakers (Dam sri) and the nine brothers (Spun dgu)! The time has come to subdue diseases (Nad), plagues (Yams), and epidemics ('Go rims)! The time has come to subdue thousands of obstacles (Bgegs rigs)! The time has come to subdue male demons (Pho gdon) and elementals ('Byung po)! The time has come to subdue female demons (Mo gdon) and witches (Bsen mo)! The time has come to subdue oath-breakers (Dam sri) and local deities (The'u rang)! The time has come to avert hail (Thog) and frost (Ser ba)! The time has come for the powerful (Mthu chen) and mighty (dBang drag) Khyung (Garuda)! Whatever obstacles (Bar chod), diseases (Nad), demons (Gdon), or elementals ('Byung po) there may be! Mighty Khyungchen, please destroy them! May all curses (Byad kha) and black magic (Rbod gtong) be averted and transformed! May all entrusted activities be completely accomplished! Thereafter, recite: At the heart, above the sun disc, the (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Great seed syllable) HRIH syllable, surrounded by a garland of mantras like fire, radiate and gather light, accomplishing the two benefits. Visualize cutting off the wicked. Oṃ vajra garuṭaḥ hya grīva hūṃ phaṭ! Recite three million times. Then, combining recitation, practice, and action, perform the essential naga life-force recitation: Connected to the previous, the life-force mantra is fierce, the body becomes dust! Nāga mārāya śi śi raṃ raṃ the body becomes dust, burn completely! Recite this about one-tenth of the previous mantra. In the vase, visualize the deities in the self-arisen palace, clear as stars appearing in a clear lake, instantly and vividly. Radiate and gather the light of your own life-force mantra, connecting it to the deity, and recite the heart mantra as much as possible. Finally, offer praise with emptiness, and confess: Hūṃ! Great powerful Wrathful One (Krodha), with your retinue of emanations! I, bound by the three poisons, controlled by ignorance! All faults, downfalls, sins, and defilements! All actions that contradict the mind of the Garuda! Before the assembly of wisdom deities (Ye shes lha tshogs), I confess! Samaya śuddhe a! Recite thus. By offering with oṃ āḥ hūṃ, the deities of the vase dissolve into light, transforming into the nature of nectar.
