In addition, blessings are bestowed through the common generation-stage practice and recitation, as well as the activity vase (las bum) and the Hayagriva (Tamdrin) meditation and recitation. The wisdom flower is cast, and the granting is received. Then, the disciples are bathed and obstacles are dispelled. The protective circle is visualized. Bodhicitta is clearly established. Regarding the special connection: In essence, it is the Victorious One, the holder of the secret treasury of all Buddhas' body, speech, and mind, inseparable from the Bhagavan Vajrapani, the subduer of heretics and demons, the Great Glorious Lion's Roar (Simhanada). In these degenerate times, as an antidote to sudden obstacles, especially the male and female spirits (sri) and other malicious entities, he appears as the blood-drinking wheel-turning king—the unparalleled power and strength of Raksha Totreng Tsal. As the text says: 'If one is accomplishing great siddhis, or engaging in activities for the benefit of others, whenever obstacles are created by spirits (sri), in every way, meaning is lost, and one falls under the power of only unfavorable conditions. Therefore, the method for subduing them is Raksha Totreng Tsal, the mudra of the power of the antidote is accomplished.' Therefore, this subsequent instruction from the glorious Padmasambhava, in this present time of the five degenerations, when the end of the degenerate age is rampant, and due to the many who have broken vows and samayas, the dark forces of demonic spirits and oath-breakers are prevalent, is the single, unique antidote, a special characteristic not found in other treasures. It is especially praised for generally benefiting virtuous beings and particularly for clearing obstacles for male and female practitioners, an indispensable profound instruction. As the text says: 'Thus, the main cause of sudden obstacles is evil spirits (kek sri), which are especially rampant in degenerate times, causing particular harm to practitioners. Therefore, although many methods for subduing them have been shown and explained, this combines the intent of the tantras and agamas, the key points of the wrathful activity instructions, and all the profound key points are combined together; such an instruction has never been spoken before. Today, for the sake of pacifying the sudden obstacles of the lord father and sons (Nga-bdag father and son) and the fortunate retinue, and with a very compassionate mind for the beings of the future five hundred years, this instruction is given. Practice it, future generations! There is no doubt that obstacles will be pacified.' This praise, which is in accordance with its meaning, is the sole refuge of the degenerate age, the secret of the two emanated great treasure revealers (Terma) Rigzin kings (Rigzin) combined into one, possessing convincing blessings. Therefore, in order to bestow such a ripening empowerment, connections are made, and they are instructed to offer the mandala. The master is the actual embodiment of the glorious Raksha Totreng. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please repeat after me this supplication with fervent devotion to the clear realm: Heruka (Wrathful Deity) glorious Lama, be mindful! We, fortunate sons of the lineage! Please bestow the blessings and empowerment of the great Raksha (Protector) blood-drinker! (Repeat three times) Heruka glorious Vidyadhara (Knowledge Holder) Raksha Thod Treng Tsal (Skull Garland Protector), the Three Roots, and the ocean of Dharma Protectors, the cloud-like assembly manifesting in the play of wisdom pervading the sky, for the sake of refuge for myself and all beings until enlightenment is attained, please repeat after me: Namo (Homage)! Lord of all lineages, etc. (Repeat three times) In order to establish all sentient beings who have been our mothers in the state of the great glorious blood-drinking one, entering the door of profound secrets, and properly learning the path, generate the mind of enlightenment, please repeat after me: Ho! All sentient beings who have been our mothers, etc. (Repeat three times) Having first trained the mind in this way, in order to establish the basis for the actual empowerment, the wisdom being is invoked, focusing on restraining the key points of body, speech, and mind, meditate in this way: purify with the activity mantra, purify with Om Maha Shunyata (Great Emptiness). All phenomena are of the nature of clear light emptiness. On the lotus and sun seat, and the seats of male and female demons, in the place where you are situated, the essence of your own mind's awareness, transformed into a dark blue-black Hum. In an instant, you all manifest as the glorious Raksha Thod Treng Tsal, the body color dark blue-black, blazing greatly, the body large, the limbs stout. One face, two arms, holding a vajra and a blood-filled skull cup, embracing the consort, the consort dark blue, like the sky, holding a curved knife and a skull cup. The hair brownish-black, standing upright, adorned with five dry skulls, adorned with a garland of skulls, a tiger skin lower garment, and bone ornaments. Extremely wrathful and fierce, possessing the demeanor of the nine dances, standing in a posture of extending and contracting the legs in the midst of blazing wisdom fire, marked in the three places with Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:huṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Light rays also radiate from the heart of the master, filling the sky, illuminating the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Three Roots of the ten directions and four times, especially from the palace of Padma Od Wang Drag Rolpe (Lotus Light Mighty Play) on the glorious Copper-Colored Mountain, invoke the mind-stream of Vidyadhara Raksha Thod Treng Tsal and retinue. May all manifest as the glorious Secret Lord, the lion's roar, the vajra flesh-eating form, descending like a great rain, dissolving into you, becoming inseparable from you, believe in this way. Accompanied by incense and music. Hum Hum! In the Raksha country, on the summit of the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain, in the palace of Lotus Light, the totality of all Buddhas, Thod Treng Tsal! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
