Please bestow the four empowerments of body, speech, and mind, grant supreme and common accomplishments, may you be inseparable from me. They descend from the crown of your head, and from your body, speech, and mind, the blessings of nectar descend, appearing as small wrathful deities, weapons, and flames, like a rain. Absorbing into your three places (body, speech, and mind), eliminating all the diseases, evil spirits, and sins of the three doors (body, speech, and mind). Receive the empowerment and blessings of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. All the blessings, power, and strength of all the Three Roots deities are gathered here. This is the non-dual wisdom empowerment of Raksha Thötreng Heruka. At the end of the mantra, recite 'Sarva Abhishinca Hrih' (藏文：སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：सर्व अभिषिञ्च ह्री，梵文罗马拟音：Sarva Abhishinca Hri，All, Consecrate, Hri), and place it on the four places (forehead, throat, heart, navel). Again, recite the names of the lineage masters, place the Torma on the head, and give the command as usual. Visualize the deities of the Torma dissolving into light, absorbing into your body, making you become the actual Raksha Thötreng. Devoutly believe that you have received the empowerment of the ultimate fierce activities, and generate the pride of each Samadhi. Briefly hand over the Vajrakilaya, offerings, homa materials, suppressants, and Torma. Hum! The embodiment of the activities of the Buddhas of the three times, the supreme son Vajrakilaya is entrusted to your hands. Knowing the key points of the three clarities, based on the view of the three Samadhis, liberate all the obstacles on the path to enlightenment into the clear light wisdom of emptiness. Rain down the offerings on the enemies. Burn the extremely unruly beings in the homa. In order to eliminate the great harm, mobilize the army of Torma. In order to never arise again, suppress them. In short, may all the fierce activities of subduing all the evil beings be accomplished! Recite the root mantra and the activity mantra, and throw the red Torma away. Scatter flowers and recite auspicious verses.
