Then, inspired by (the deity), rely wholeheartedly on the Three Roots (Guru, Yidam, Protector). Go to the definite place where the Naga King (Tibetan: ཀླུ་རྒྱལ།, Klu-rgyal, literally: Naga King) resides—the spring, and fully exert your fierce power. Or visualize Vajrapani (Tibetan: ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ།, Phyag-na-rdo-rje, literally: Hand-Holding Vajra), his body adorned with five types of Garuda (Tibetan: ཁྱུང་རིགས།, khyung-rigs, literally: Garuda clan), and recite a session of mantra. Offer a Torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ།, gtor-ma, literally: Offering cake) to the local deity Naga (Tibetan: གཞིས་བདག་ཀླུ།, gzhIs-bdag klu, literally: Land-owner Naga), state the true oath, and entrust the activity. Then, take the writing written with ink mentioned earlier, sandwich it with a piece of paper with the pattern of 'Vajra Cross' (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱ་གྲམ།, rdo-rje rgya-gram, literally: Vajra Cross) and 'Four Continents' (Tibetan: གླིང་བཞི།, gling-bzhi, literally: Four Continents), 'Mount Sumeru' (Tibetan: རི་རབ།, ri-rab, literally: Mountain King), and tie it tightly with a thread. Throw it into the vortex emerging from the spring, and then pile a black stone on top of it, visualizing that the stone turns into a fierce Naga demon (Tibetan: ཀླུ་བདུད།, klu-bdud, literally: Naga demon), the Naga Rakshasa (Tibetan: ནཱ་ག་རཀྴ་，nāga rakṣa，Sanskrit Devanagari: नाग रक्ष，Sanskrit Romanization: nāga rakṣa，Chinese literal meaning: Dragon Rakshasa) has nine heads. Throw items into its heart, the Naga demon (Tibetan: ཀླུ་བདུད།, klu-bdud, literally: Naga demon) becomes furious, and drives all the small Nagas of Jambudvipa (Tibetan: འཛམ་གླིང་།, 'dzam-gling, literally: World). Gather the clouds of the ocean to that direction, visualize all the Nagas spewing steam from the nine holes, turning into clouds, thunder roaring, and fog filling the air. Do not be distracted for a moment, empower with Samadhi (Tibetan: ཏིང་འཛིན།, ting-'dzin, literally: Samadhi), and diligently recite the secret mantra. Recite fierce mantras such as 'Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་，seed syllable，Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं，Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ，Chinese literal meaning: Hum), or recite: 'Vajra Caṇḍa Mahā Roṣaṇa Hūṃ Phaṭ' (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་མ་ཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，vajra caṇḍa mahā roṣaṇa hūṃ phaṭ，Vajra Fierce Great Wrathful One Hum Phat), followed by 'Nāga Lele, Ḍumba Lele, Nāga Kāla Hūṃ, Bhariśa Ya Paṭāya, Citta Hriṃ Ja Hriṃ Ja, Khroṃ Khroṃ Hril Hril, Śara Śara, Phob Phob' (Tibetan: ནཱ་ག་ལེ་ལཱེ༔ དུམ་པ་ལེ་ལཱེ༔ ནཱ་ག་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ༔ བྷ་རི་ཤ་ཡ་པ་ཏ་ཡ༔ ཙིཏྟ་ཧྲིཾ་ཛ་ཧྲིཾ་ཛ༔ ཁྲོཾ་ཁྲོཾ་ཧྲིལ་ཧྲིལ༔ ཤར་ཤར༔ ཕོབ་ཕོབ༔，mantra), recite hundreds or thousands of times, as much as possible. Start in the evening and continue until midnight, the clouds gather as if собирать by hand, thunder roars, and drizzle falls. The wind calms down, the earth warms up, and at dawn, you are protected from the threat of hail. If this activity is not true, then like me, Padmasambhava (Tibetan: པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས།, padma 'byung-gnas, literally: Lotus Born), who has attained the accomplishment of secret mantras, made vows with the 'Gods and Demons' (Tibetan: ལྷ་སྲིན།, lha-srin, literally: Gods and Demons), and knows all the limits of the teachings, will become meaningless. This Dharma can also save sentient beings in the degenerate age, hide it in the rocky mountainside filled with snakes, put it in a purple box, and entrust it to the Dharma protector Dakini (Tibetan: མཁའ་འགྲོ།, mkha'-'gro, literally: Sky Goer). At the appropriate time, if a destined Dharma Lord appears, transmit it to him. Samaya (Tibetan: སཱ་མཱ་ཡཱ།，sā mā yā，Sanskrit Devanagari: समय，Sanskrit Romanization: samaya，Chinese literal meaning: Vow)! Gya Gya Gya (Tibetan: རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།, gya gya gya, literally: Seal Seal Seal)! Doing so is not for wealth or favor, but to transmit all the teachings of the 'Mind Practice' (Tibetan: ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ།, thugs sgrub, literally: Mind Practice) to a qualified disciple, and when they are practicing the 'Mind Practice' in the sacred places, if it benefits sentient beings, transmit it to him. Samaya (Tibetan: སཱ་མཱ་ཡཱ།，sā mā yā，Sanskrit Devanagari: समय，Sanskrit Romanization: samaya，Chinese literal meaning: Vow)! Gya Gya Gya (Tibetan: རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།, gya gya gya, literally: Seal Seal Seal)! Secret! From the rocky mountainside filled with snakes, it was invited by the Vidyadhara (Tibetan: རིག་འཛིན།, rig-'dzin, literally: Knowledge Holder) incarnation of Garuda (Tibetan: རྒོད་།, rgod, literally: Vulture). This is the ritual to prevent hail and thunder from the 'Secret Mind Practice'. It is a treasure Dharma of Lhadrag (Tibetan: ལྷ་བྲག, lha-brag, literally: God Rock).
