Entrust the work to the field, gather the essence of clouds from all directions, and infuse them into the dharani mantras. Let all the clouds and mists, like wild horses restrained by reins, be thought to stay firmly in one place without wandering. Draw it on a picture, bind it with silk threads, and exert the fierce power of Vajra. Visualize it as inseparable from Seng-ge Dongma (Lion-Faced Dakini) Phurba (ritual dagger), tie it around the neck and bury it in the ground. In this way, the clouds of that place will have the key to birth and death. Press it on the top of a towering mountain, and pile stones ten times your own height on top of it, visualizing it as a supreme deity, with the life force of the clouds gathered under your feet, and contemplate immeasurable clouds spreading out. By continuously practicing the mantra and visualization of gathering clouds, even if the southern clouds descend to the top, if the five elements are not fully present, you can be saved from sudden disasters. Samaya (vow). Gya Gya Gya (increase, increase, increase). To bring the mist under control: When the sky is high and the mist rises to the top of the mountain, fill a gau box made of clay or ivory with five grains and five-colored silks, as well as the three whites (milk, yogurt, butter) and three sweets (honey, brown sugar, rock sugar), to offer to the deities and Dharma protectors with Torma (sacrificial cake). Request blessings and entrust the desired activities. Recite the gathering mantra for the white grains, recite it as much as possible, and then put it in the gau box. Bury the restraints of three animals—horse, donkey, and dog—and the gau box at the boundary between the mountains and the plains. Stack high objects on top as before. This will also bind the clouds and mist, preventing them from dissipating into the air. Samaya (vow). Gya Gya Gya (increase, increase, increase). To bring great heat to the land: If these methods are still ineffective, and signs of frost appear in the evening, and the small stars disappear in the early morning while the large stars have not yet disappeared, and the clouds still do not gather, then take water from a perennial spring, where the water is warm in winter and cool in summer, taken by a thirteen-year-old boy who has not had contact with women, and is not harmed by nagas and earth deities. Fill a wool bag, draw water from the spring, bring it home, and pour it into a clean copper or earthenware vessel. Visualize the eight great Naga kings within, with snake heads and human bodies, snake tails, complete with decorations and attire, surrounded by immeasurable Naga retinues. Stir the copper pot of water with a barley tree branch, sprinkle it into the sky, and recite this mantra: Om Naga Kala Hum Om, All, Cloud, Gather, Svaha). As steam rises from the water, clouds will quickly gather in the sky. If the water boils too much, it will rain. Do not doubt this; it will surely succeed if practiced. This is the teaching on bringing heat to the land. By guarding the view well, you will succeed. After being freed from faults, pour the water from the copper pot into the ocean or river. Samaya (vow). Gya Gya Gya (increase, increase, increase). Heat. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Securely fasten the hail wheel. If you practice the small manual without error, it will be applied with sharpness and force. Induce and request with precious gold. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Regarding the methods of guarding the most secret points, there are two: secret methods of guarding and the combination of most secret coercion. First, the secret method of guarding is: between the three sections of the Three Transmission Sutra, take one portion of water from each of the three springs, one stone, and one frog. Then, when signs of hail appear, prevent rain and snow from falling, and dispel clouds and wind. At that time, in a good, secluded place, make a tripod with the three stones mentioned above, place a copper vessel on top, pour in three portions of water, and place the single frog in the water. Then, place three items in it: an arrow shaft, a spear, and a rabbit dung ball. Mix the three and place them in. Then, light a fire under the copper vessel and release the smoke from the three items mentioned above. Stir the water with bluish-gray soapberry, sprinkle it into the air, and towards the sky, recite this mantra and increase its power: Om Bhita Ling Teb Teb, Bhata Ling Thib Thib, Seva Ling Thib Thib, Ser Du, Rang Du, Yun Du, Sota Pala Sota Pala! If the flames are too large and the water is too hot, adjust when the frog dies. Or replace with cold water. Or remove the frog and place it in a container of cold water. For the vow water and the frog, cherish them as you would protect a Gongyuma. In this way, suddenly gathered clouds will not bring the fear of hail. Even if clouds do not actually gather, a hail protection layer will form in the sky, and hail will not harm the crops. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Because it is difficult to resist in any way, the method of most secret coercive combination, which is applicable to everyone, is shown. Have the signs of the accomplishment of the Mind Sadhana been completed? Or has the number of deity recitations been determined? Take a bamboo cane with one node, four fingers in length up and down, or use two bamboo canes. On one side, fill with musk, great medicine Guggulu, the blood of a leper, the blood of a widow and three brides, black horse, horse mane, black dog's blood, yellow and black agate, and deer musk or any kind of gland. Place them in a small container, or place mixed pills. Make a thread from the mane of a wild yak, and tightly wrap it from the outside so that the bamboo cane is not visible. On one side, gather and fill with various medicines and Naga medicines. Wrap tightly with white cotton thread. Seal the openings at both ends with beeswax or lacquer to prevent water from entering. If made into two, place them together. Then, when signs of hail appear and beings suffer, abandon arrogance and false thoughts, and generate compassion and Bodhicitta. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
