念诵:‘Rakta Jwala Mandala Hum( रक्त ज्वाला मण्डल हूँ , rakta jvāla maṇḍala hūṃ, 血焰坛城 吽)’。

Visualize: 'The mandala of the Great Blood Blaze is the essence of all accomplishments.' Recite: 'Rakta Jwala Mandala Hum ( रक्त ज्वाला मण्डल हूँ , rakta jvāla maṇḍala hūṃ, Blood Flame Mandala Hum)'. Offer a thousand offerings for every thousand recitations. When concluding the session, if performing a Ganachakra (feast), do so according to the common secret practice. In any case, finally, visualize the front deity dissolving into light and merging into the blood. The mandala of the Great Blood Blaze is bright red, with the radiance of billions of suns. The waves of blood surge in all directions, and wherever the droplets touch, they can accomplish the two types of siddhis (spiritual powers).' Say this and contemplate, then repeat the recitation to stabilize it. 'By this merit, may I quickly attain the state of Heruka (wrathful deity), and may I place every sentient being without exception on that ground.' Dedicate and make aspirations, and extensively offer auspicious prayers. Practice in this way, dividing it into four or six sessions. If signs appear such as light, sound, or a special fragrance emanating from the blood, then proceed to the third stage: obtaining siddhis. After dissolving the deity into the blood, open the skull cup. The pure essence of the blood, blazing with light, dissolves into your heart. It becomes one with the indestructible bindu (essential drop), generating the conviction that 'In the realms of samsara and nirvana, I am the unrivaled great and powerful one, inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of great bliss.' Offer the essence to the assembly of deities in the mandala, filling the sky. Recite: 'Hum! Vajra Seksamo (Diamond Lustful Woman), with intense desire, born from the blood lotus, the immaculate bindu, the source of great bliss. To empty the cycle of desire, please partake! Maha Rakta Khahi!' The remaining substances, either made into pills or tormas (ritual cakes), should be dried in the shade and then stored in a good container to be used as aids for offerings. Thirdly, after practicing in this way, the benefits of this great samaya (sacred commitment) substance are: The tantra says: 'Attain the body and wisdom of the fruition, dakinis (female spirits) and matrikas (mother goddesses) listen like servants, the blessings of the Sugatas (Buddhas) of the three times are continuous, the retinue of vidyas (mantras) are brought under control, enemies and obstacles tremble and fear.' Thus, all supreme and common siddhis are accomplished by combining blood offerings with activities, which should be widely known. Regarding the methods of applying activities, it says in the same text: 'Auspicious, delightful, pleasing, complete with four perfections, accomplish the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful.' In particular, the methods for practicing the Blood Blade, etc., are extensively explained in the tantras and instructions, which should be understood accordingly. With the vajra (diamond) desire, destroy the attachment to the three realms, and establish the samaya (sacred commitment). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
