From the Lord who dwells in all pervadingness, Emanated the Mistress of all Mothers, Ekajati She divided all blood into three parts: clear, intermediate, and turbid. From the clear part, she manifested the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and other transcendent splendors. From the intermediate part, she manifested the gods, humans, and other beings of the happy realms. From the turbid part, she manifested the worlds of the three lower realms. At that time, from the expanse of the forehead of the Great Glorious One, a red mole appeared, and from within it emerged the Great Mother, the One-Winged Sky Goer, the One-Crowned Head, the One-Braided Expanse, and the Fierce Queen who subdues the Four Continents, thus emanating the Four Great Mothers. These, in turn, manifested the five flower bloods, the five root bloods, the five stone bloods, and the five fruit bloods, as described in the Red Blood Tantra. Fifth, the means of accomplishment has three aspects: the arrangement of preparatory materials, the actual means of accomplishment, and the subsequent benefits and activities. First, regarding the preparation, there are eight roots of blood, thirty-five branches, and countless emanations from these. First, among the eight roots, there are four inner roots and four outer roots. The first four inner roots are: the blood that arises from the right nasal passage of the Father; the blood that drips from the lotus vagina of the Mother; the umbilical blood from the formation of the world, that is, the blood from the severed umbilical cord; and the blood from the slaying of the Great Fruit, that is, the heart blood from the Great Glorious One slaying Rudra Among these, the last one is mixed with the treasure substances of the revealed blood, and if it cannot be found, it should be replaced with the heart blood of a hero slain in battle. Second, the four outer roots are: the blood of clawed animals such as tigers and leopards; the blood of winged animals such as vultures; the blood of round-hoofed animals such as horses and donkeys; and the blood of cloven-hoofed animals such as yaks. Alternatively, in the Blood Tantra, it is also said to be the heart blood of elephants, buffaloes, tigers, and heroes slain in battle, to be taken according to circumstances. As for the thirty-five branch bloods, although there are two different ways of explaining them in the Mother Tantra, the ones that are commonly found and easily obtained nowadays are: red ochre, minium, red clay, gamboge, and red stone moss, which are the bloods of the earth; red sandalwood, acacia, red madder, red sappanwood, and red heartwood, which are the bloods of trees; ruby, coral, red agate, red glass, and red stone tendons or purple toad backs, which are the bloods of stones; red lotus, alkanet, ligusticum striatum, red larkspur, and red sheep horn, which are the bloods of flowers; madder root, emblica, turnip, dragon's blood, and red bamboo, which are the bloods of roots. The dragon's blood here comes from Mangyul and Tod. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is said to appear in the Kham Longtang area. The fifth chapter says: 'Rakta Mula, the essence of blood. Mangyu, Chigphab, Doyu, born in the land of Longtang Dronma. This is also the blood of existence.' It is said that grapes, rambu, khasanbrewo, bakamupo, and gouqi are the blood of fruits. Chinese licorice, Sindhura, Drimog, brown sugar, and rock honey are considered the blood of roots. In addition, everything that belongs to the category of red soil, such as clay, etc., and all gemstones that belong to the color red, such as copper, etc., and all stones that belong to the color red, and trees and shrubs such as indigo and ombu, and all flowers that belong to the color red, such as red lotuses and red bellflowers, etc., and all seeds that belong to red fruits, such as the seeds of snama, cardamom, and olmase, etc., and all grains that belong to the color red, such as red rice and red buckwheat, etc., and all plants that belong to red roots, such as liga dur, etc., and the menstrual blood of widows, lepers, oath-breakers, the childless, and women other than Semokjen, the more the better. In addition, pigeons, sheep, cows, mules, etc., sterile animals, and the blood of stillbirths, oath-breakers, pushu, zemo, sotoropo, etc., as long as any kind of blood can be found, but except for cases where they are killed in battle, it is best to use only fresh blood. In the lineage of blood, there are twenty-three kinds of supreme blood, namely Rudra (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思: Wrathful One), Wangchuk (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:自在), Tsangpa (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:梵天), Jokpo (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Lord of the World), Chakju (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:All-pervading One), these five are the great blood for subduing the five poisons. Mahadeva (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Great God), Vishnu Raja (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Vishnu King), Bhringiriti (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Holding a Staff), Tsobé (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Elephant-headed God), Gakju Wangchuk (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Joyful Free One), Chakju (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:All-pervading One), Tob Sang (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Strong One), Xiong Nu Minjuk (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Youthful Star), these eight are the great blood for subduing the eight hosts. It is said that the great blood for subduing the ten bhumis also needs to be gathered together, but the terma already contains these. Moreover, in the chapter on nectar medicine, in the quick path of the secret great perfection, it says: 'The seed is the green Nri for humans and the yellow Su for animals.' Therefore, one should imagine the infinite forms of humans and animals and mix them with the corpses of those who have died due to their karma.' As it is said, if one cannot find meat suitable for use in medicine practice, one should do so through imagination. Similarly, for blood that is difficult to find, one should also apply wisdom in a similar way. In any case, one should search for the root blood that is suitable for digging on the first, eighth, or thirteenth day of the autumn month. At that time, one should first look for the land. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
