If you develop a real attachment to tangible things, you will fall into the extremes of permanence and annihilation, which is undesirable. Because this is wrong, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages. When reciting mantras, ensure accurate pronunciation and clear audibility. Keep the rosary warm and close. Reciting with absent-mindedness, mixed thoughts, hesitation, mispronunciation, or distraction is futile. Therefore, recite correctly. Recognize the essence of any thought that arises in your mind. Repeatedly recognize it and clearly confirm it in your own mind. If you maintain a natural, unfabricated state, you will easily attain liberation. Emptiness and clarity are inseparable, which is the naked Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya. If you become attached to any thought, cut off hope, fear, acceptance, and preconceived notions. Even artificial attempts to modify it are futile and will only confuse your mind further. Therefore, maintaining a natural, unfabricated state is key. If someone mistakenly believes that maintaining a natural state means indulging their thoughts, allowing their delusions to run wild, they have not truly understood its meaning. They remain in samsara, no different from others, which is wrong. This is a very important foundation. Therefore, recognize the essence of awareness and realize its truth by maintaining a natural, unfabricated state. This is the root of the generation and completion stages. When practicing the generation stage, mantras, and completion stage, do not be distracted. The practice of approaching the deity is your foundation. Strive to remember the visualizations described therein. During practice, utilizing the path is crucial. When walking or moving slightly, immediately visualize yourself as the deity and perform prostrations and circumambulations. Visualize the food you eat as the five meats and the drinks as the five ambrosias, and offer them. Visualize the guru and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in your throat, the yidam deity in your heart, the dakini in your navel, and the protectors in your secret place. Visualize the heroes and dakinis at each chakra node, like sesame pods. Visualize offering to them and making them happy. Although the methods of reciting the winds differ, their special feature is that you should visualize inhaling, abiding, and exhaling as corresponding to the three syllables (藏文ཨོཾ,梵文:ओ,罗马转写:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), (藏文ཨཱཿ,梵文:आः,罗马转写:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), and (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文:हूँ,罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). Do not forget this in all actions, which is the unsurpassed self-arisen Vajra recitation. All impurities will instantly transform into the deity. White and red ambrosia flows from the deity's body, with no disharmony, and everything becomes harmonious. All beings suffering from hunger and thirst, such as pretas, are satisfied and happy. Through the blessings of the Buddhas, their karmic obscurations are eliminated, and they are reborn in good realms. Visualize this. Always visualize all appearances, sounds, and awareness as the deity, mantra, and wisdom. This is very important and is the essence of all tantric practices. When dissolving, you can dissolve all appearances, sounds, and awareness into your protective circle, or visualize all appearances, sounds, awareness, deities, mantras, and wisdom dissolving into your protective circle. Then, gradually dissolve the deities in the palace and mandala into the main deity, and the main deity merges with the consort, becoming inseparable. Alternatively, visualize everything transforming into light, then dissolving into the seed syllable (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文:हूँ,罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) in the center. Visualize this bright (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文:हूँ,罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable, then the light gradually melts upwards from below the (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文:हूँ,罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
