In short, everything is delightful, this is the unbiased secret mantra, vidyā mantra, and dhāraṇī mantra, etc., whether external or internal. The use of the tongue, such as 'tocog' (Tibetan, no Sanskrit equivalent, literally meaning 'all') and breath, etc., know that these are all supplements. Especially to unleash the power of mantras, therefore cherish and strive to practice this. First, to perform the empowerment of speech blessing: In the early morning at dawn, when the sun rises, before speaking with others, visualize yourself as the deity you cherish. On its crown, visualize the root guru or Padmasambhava, with a sambhogakāya form, gentle and dignified, radiant and magnificent. Joyfully bestowing empowerment and blessings upon me, holding a vajra and bell and making mudras, visualize the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and the lineage gurus surrounding. To this, generate reverence with a devout heart, reciting 'oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ vajra guru dharma kāya nirmāṇa kāya saṃbhoga kāya abhāva sambhava adhiṣṭhānaṃ sarva siddhi phala hūṃ ā' (嗡 阿 吽 舍,金刚 上师 法 身,化 身,报 身,无生,生,加持,一切 成就 果 吽 阿) three times, even this alone can receive the compassion of the guru's body, speech, and mind. The light of five wisdoms radiates, my body is composed of the five elements, this tangible body becomes without self-nature. Appearing but without self-nature, becoming a body of light, not born from cause, not destroyed by conditions, becoming a spontaneously accomplished vajra body. Above the tongue, on a lotus moon cushion, the body of Vajrasattva transformed from the white syllable 'hūṃ' (吽), holding a vajra and bell, like the sunrise on a snow mountain, bright and radiant, dignified and sublime, with a sambhogakāya form. In the heart, there is a five-pronged vajra, marked with the syllable 'hūṃ' (吽), the syllable 'hūṃ' (吽) is surrounded by the hundred-syllable mantra, the vajra is surrounded by sixteen vowels, and Vajrasattva is surrounded by thirty-four consonants. In this state, recite the three mantras seven times, with clear pronunciation, neither too much nor too little, which is crucial. Recite 'oṃ vajrasattva samaya mānupālaya' (嗡 班杂萨埵 萨玛雅 玛努巴拉雅,嗡 金刚萨埵 誓言 保护我) etc. Sattva Ā, A Ā, I Ī, U Ū, Ṛ Ṝ, Ḷ Ḹ, E AI, O AU, Aṃ Ā, Ka Kha Ga Gha ṅa, Ca Cha Ja Jha ña, Ṭa Ṭha Ḍa Ḍha ṇa, Ta Tha Da Dha Na, Pa Pha Ba Bha Ma, Ya Ra La Va, Śa Ṣa Sa Ha Kṣa. From these three places, emit white, red, and blue lights, shining upwards, stimulating the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, requesting the body, speech, and mind of the gurus, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas to emit immeasurable light. Falling like rain, merging into the three mantras, from the three mantras also emit their respective sounds, as well as white, red, and blue lights, thereby purifying the speech obscurations and faults of the past, future, and present three times. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ ye svāhā॥

Purify the entire body, radiate outwards, purify the body, speech, and mind of all beings. Then, all those rays of light gather back, the hundred-syllable mantra dissolves into the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Āli (藏文:ཨཱ་ལི་,梵文天城体:आलि,梵文罗马拟音:āli,汉语字面意思:阿利) dissolves into the Vajra, Kāli (藏文:ཀཱ་ལི་,梵文天城体:कालि,梵文罗马拟音:kāli,汉语字面意思:嘎利) dissolves into Vajrasattva. These three then dissolve into the tongue. Just as butter is placed on a stone, becoming inseparable from the tongue, bestowing the empowerment of speech. All the assemblies of gurus, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, dissolve into one's own tongue in the form of light. Empowerment and blessings are inseparable, like a continuous stream. May the speech-mastery of all the Victorious Ones become inseparable from my speech. Thinking thus, recite the three mantras as before, twenty-one times. After that, recite the Essence of Dependent Origination three times: Oṃ ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetunteṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat। teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ ye svāhā॥ teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ ye svāhā॥ After that, one should say this: Hrīḥ! (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) Speech-master Buddha, Bhagavan, Guru, Yidam, Dakini, compassionate ones, possessing the essence, fruit, and quintessence of mantras, I prostrate and praise this renowned, empty, Brahma-like sound! Whatever inexhaustible wheel of speech is turned, may it be turned in my speech today as well, accomplishing glory and splendor, realizing truth, bestowing blessings, empowerments, and siddhis! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hoḥ Vāka Padma Maṇḍala Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! Having accomplished this, all phenomena of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, should be placed in the aimless, vast expanse. From that state, one should engage in the stages of practice, visualizing deities, and reciting mantras. This should be done continuously if possible, or once a month at least, or at the very least, once a year. If one is able to do this, one's power will increase, and even completing one recitation of the mantra will be equal to the power of Buddhas as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River. What need is there to mention if one completes it many times? Therefore, one should bestow the empowerment of speech. If one does not grasp the illusory wheel of visualization, or if one does not accomplish the meditation through the empowerment of all-pervading emptiness, then at the first light of dawn, before mixing with the speech of others, whoever recites the three mantras and the Dependent Origination mantra seven or twenty-one times, will purify all faults and errors of speech, and the power of the mantra will increase to a billion times. Whatever one recites in accordance with this will be effective. Yogis who have not encountered this and are not endowed with this are completely deceived by Māras, and all the power of mantras turns its back. The connection with secret mantras is severed, and such an unfortunate one has no seed of liberation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
