Imagine the flesh and blood body being violently cut by the revolving wheel, and then recite the mantra of complete annihilation with all your might. After that, sprinkle nectar, visualize the essence as nectar, appearing as a pile of flesh, blood, and bones, blessed by Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Chinese literal meaning: completeness), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: arising), and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: subjugation).
