This is the post-generation empowerment of the body. Now, the post-generation empowerment of mantra recitation: Visualize the master as Vajrapani (Vajrapāṇi, the secret lord), focus your mind on proclaiming the natural sound of the mantra without interruption from his mouth. Visualize yourselves as Vajrapani, light radiating from the Hūṃ at your heart, striking the Trīḥ (ཏྲིཿ, trīḥ) at the heart of the front generation deity (mDung bskyed), thereby stimulating the mindstream of the great being. Thinking that you will attain the accomplishment of the speech of the great being, repeat after me. Recite Oṃ Vajra Sādhu, etc. (Oṃ Vajra Sādhu), as much as you can. Having done so, visualize countless emanation workers radiating from the heart of the front generation deity, and think that all activities will be accomplished without hindrance as you command them. This is the post-generation empowerment of mantra recitation. Now, the post-generation empowerment of taking the life-essence (srog snying): Generate strong faith in the master as Vajrapani, light radiates from the master's heart, striking the Trīḥ at the heart of the front generation deity, thereby stimulating the mindstream of the great being. A second Trīḥ radiates from the Trīḥ at the heart, dissolving into the Hūṃ at your heart, thereby attaining the accomplishment of the mind of the great being. Then, visualize the oath-bound protectors and their retinue, in a respectful and submissive manner, promising and vowing to accomplish all activities as you command, inseparable as body and shadow. Please abide in this meditation. This is the post-generation empowerment of taking the life-essence. Now, the post-generation empowerment of entrusting protection (srung mar gtad pa): Holding the torma (sacrificial cake) with flames established, visualize the master as Vajrapani, entrusting the oath-bound protectors and their retinue in front to you, visualized as Vajrapani, as workers who obey orders and issue commands. Recite the names of the lineage masters, proclaim the vows, thinking that all your activities will be accomplished as the master commands, do not be distracted. 一百二十位持戒者（dge bsnyen）眷属，一百二十位红色赞神（btsan）的持戒者眷属，一百二十位黑色魔（bdud）的持戒者眷属，总共三百六十位同胞。十二位以金刚吉祥天女（rdo rje dpal dang ldan pa）为首的秘密大明妃欢喜部众。头上盘旋着铁鹰，背后游动着铁狼，前方奔跑着铜色野兔，右边白手母熊拍击着手掌，左边白心棕熊发出怒吼等，食肉獠牙的诸神众。清净处所的十万眷属神众，九十万赞神眷属，八十万阎罗眷属，一百二十万魔众眷属，七百万龙族眷属，四十万夜叉眷属等，你们要忆念起往昔的坚定誓言！ 往昔秘密主金刚手（phyag na rdo rjes）曾下令并立下誓言，特别是莲花生大士（slob dpon padma 'byung gnas）和成就自在噶玛巴希（grub mchog karma pak+Shi）直至根本上师之间，历代噶举派（bka' brgyud）的上师们曾下令并交付的坚定誓言，你们要忆念！伟大的圣者及其眷属，你们被委任为这些金刚弟子的护法，如同不违背传承上师们的教令和誓言一样，也不要违背瑜伽士我等的教令，要像金刚弟子的身体和影子一样，不离不弃地守护。从现在开始直至证得菩提之前，遣除违缘，促成顺缘，成办所愿，满足期望，行路时开辟道路，居住时成为依靠，做白天的守卫和夜晚的哨兵，先前迎接，之后护送，成为誓言的同伴和金刚的侍从，享用他们给予的供品，完成交付的任务，听从教诲，成办所需之事，诛杀怨敌，降伏魔障，遣除障碍，守护居住之地，守护所需的物品，守护传承的弟子，保护种姓的子孙。简而言之，遣除今生的违缘，促成顺缘，来世引导至无上圆满正等觉的佛陀果位，行此事业！金刚萨埵眷属，金刚三昧耶，坚定！ 如此行事之后，如上师所吩咐的那样承诺，你们要跟随。

One hundred and twenty attendants of virtuous lay practitioners (dge bsnyen), one hundred and twenty attendants of the red Tsen (btsan) spirits' virtuous lay practitioners, one hundred and twenty attendants of the black demon (bdud) virtuous lay practitioners, totaling three hundred and sixty siblings. Twelve great secret consorts of the joyful assembly, led by Vajra Glorious Goddess (rdo rje dpal dang ldan pa). With iron eagles soaring above their heads, iron wolves prowling behind them, copper hares running in front of them, white-handed female bears clapping on the right, white-hearted brown bears roaring on the left, and other fanged deities who devour. One hundred thousand attendants of the pure realm deities, nine hundred thousand attendants of the Tsen spirits, eight hundred thousand attendants of Yama, one million two hundred thousand attendants of the demons, seven million attendants of the Nagas, four hundred thousand attendants of the Yakshas, and others, may you remember your powerful vows of the past! In the past, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani (phyag na rdo rjes), commanded and established vows, especially the powerful vows commanded and entrusted by Guru Padmasambhava (slob dpon padma 'byung gnas) and the accomplished Karma Pakshi (grub mchog karma pak+Shi), up to the root guru, the Kagyu (bka' brgyud) lineage masters, may you remember! Great beings and your retinues, you are entrusted as protectors of these Vajra disciples, just as you do not transgress the commands and vows of the lineage masters, do not transgress the commands of us yogis, and like the body and shadow of the Vajra disciples, protect them without separation. From now until enlightenment is attained, dispel obstacles, provide favorable conditions, accomplish wishes, fulfill hopes, prepare the path when traveling, be a support when dwelling, be guards by day and sentries by night, welcome in advance and escort afterward, be companions of the vow and servants of the Vajra command, partake of the offerings given by these, accomplish the entrusted tasks, listen to the instructions, accomplish what is needed, slay enemies, subdue obstructing forces, avert obstacles, protect the dwelling place, protect the needed items, protect the lineage-holding disciples, protect the descendants of the lineage. In short, dispel the obstacles of this life and provide favorable conditions, and in the next life, lead them to the state of perfect and complete enlightenment of the Buddha, accomplish this activity!
