Chapter Two The great Rishi (sage) further asked: 'O, great Vajradhara (Diamond Holder)! When engaging in the practice of approach and accomplishment, how should the Samadhi (meditative absorption) be?' The Vajradhara replied: 'Listen, I will explain. From the state of emptiness, one's own mind transforms into Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हुं，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable).' Having performed the two benefits, it transforms into a Vajra (diamond scepter). Projecting and gathering, it becomes a five-pronged Vajra, marked at the center with a dark blue Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हुं，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable). Completely transformed, it becomes an ordinary body, transforming into the form of Vajradhara, with one face and two arms, the body color is black, the right and left hands hold the Vajra threatening mudra, the two feet stand in a heroic posture, adorned with charnel ground ornaments, contemplate as extremely wrathful and fierce. Recite the five-syllable essence mantra, from the projection and gathering of the seed syllable Tri (藏文: ཏྲི，梵文天城体: त्र，梵文罗马拟音: tra，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable), with the natural sound of the life-force essence mantra, generate excellent Vajra Samadhi. Attach Jaḥ (藏文: ཛཿ，梵文天城体: जः，梵文罗马拟音: jaḥ，汉语字面意思: Summoning) to Tri (藏文: ཏྲི，梵文天城体: त्र，梵文罗马拟音: tra，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable) and recite nine hundred thousand times. From Jaḥ (藏文: ཛཿ，梵文天城体: जः，梵文罗马拟音: jaḥ，汉语字面意思: Summoning) emanate rays of light, like iron hooks, summoning the powerful king, face to face, merge Tri (藏文: ཏྲི，梵文天城体: त्र，梵文罗马拟音: tra，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable) into non-duality. Recite the life-force summoning mantra for seven days, emit Jaḥ (藏文: ཛཿ，梵文天城体: जः，梵文罗马拟音: jaḥ，汉语字面意思: Summoning), affix Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हुं，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable), and recite three hundred thousand times. From Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हुं，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable) emanate rays of light, binding with a lasso, recite the irreversible mantra for seven days, emit Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हुं，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable), affix Vaṃ (藏文: བཾ，梵文天城体: वं，梵文罗马拟音: vaṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable), and recite three hundred thousand times. From Vaṃ (藏文: བཾ，梵文天城体: वं，梵文罗马拟音: vaṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable) emanate rays of light, binding with iron chains, merge into the form, recite the mantra for seven days, emit Vaṃ (藏文: བཾ，梵文天城体: वं，梵文罗马拟音: vaṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable), affix Hoḥ (藏文: ཧོཿ，梵文天城体: होः，梵文罗马拟音: hoḥ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable), and recite three hundred thousand times. From Hoḥ (藏文: ཧོཿ，梵文天城体: होः，梵文罗马拟音: hoḥ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable) emanate rays of light, subjugating with a bell, recite the soul-stone bell mantra for seven days, thus always accompanying oneself.' To summon the life-force of the enemy, rely on the obedient Vajra Lekpa (Excellent Diamond), and the three Mara (demons) who seize the life of the retinue, the fierce messenger beasts, when the one with vows performs the curse, the three hundred and sixty generals, and those with flesh-eating fangs, contemplate them summoning the life-force of the enemy.' The Samadhi of the killing action is: in a black triangular iron chamber, contemplate summoning the enemy, with the powerful king and his retinue, the fierce beasts with fangs, all enjoying the life-force and possessions, contemplate them enjoying flesh, blood, and bones, killing the enemy without hesitation. The third chapter, Samadhi from the lineage of the Blacksmith. The great Rishi further asked: 'O, great Vajradhara, how to perform the approach of the deity, and the secret mantras for summoning from the life-force, cursing, killing, illusion, and homa (fire offering), and suppression?' The Vajradhara replied: 'The secret essence of the deity's approach is: Om Vajrapani Hum, Bhag Tram Shini Kramani, Samaya Sadhu Tri Ti Jaḥ Jaḥ, Jaḥ Hum Bam Hoh.' The natural sound of the life-force summoning mantra is: 'Life come, upward come, life come! Soul flutter, life come!' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
