We, through the three doors of ignorance, have violated the strict vows, committed sins with our body, spoken evil and frivolous words with our speech, held wrong views with our mind, etc. Having erred under the control of afflictions, we confess with the assembly offering. All violations, breakages, and errors, we confess with the assembly offering. Please accept the offerings and grant accomplishments! Then is the final destruction: Hook and place the linga, roll the knife and phurba. Hum! Mahakala and entourage, please perform fierce activities, rain down a rain of burning weapons, and crush the harmful demons into dust! Om Shri Mahakala Drala Bage Mara Ya Phet! Then is the offering: Mahakala couple, and the seventy glorious lords of the retinue, offer the five aggregates of the enemies of the ten bhumis into your mouth! Grant the inexhaustible wealth! Grant the power and strength! Grant the radiance and splendor! Grant the children and lineage! Grant the retinue and enjoyment! Grant the supreme and common accomplishments! Then is the offering of the torma remnants: Hum! Mahakala couple, and the retinue surrounded by the gathered remnants, the powerful dakinis, kinnaras, seven mothers, four sisters, eight flame goddesses, four swift mothers, and the assembly of messengers, all the oath-bound ones who have power over the remnants, please accept this torma of remnants, and accomplish the entrusted activities! Holding a sword and a skull cup filled with blood in your hands, adorned with hideous and terrifying ornaments. May all unfavorable circumstances be pacified for me and all yogis and our retinues, may life and prosperity increase greatly, may all wrong views be completely subdued, may the destruction of the teachings be swiftly averted, and may the entrusted tasks be accomplished!
