Starting from the right, the colors are white, yellow, red, and green in clockwise order. The terraces of Mount Meru are white in the east, blue in the south, red in the west, and yellow in the north. The corner grids are black. The seven outer parts are each painted as yellow mountain-shaped circles, with seven seas in between, colored blue. Outside the mountains and seas, in the four directions, are four Mātraṃs (Tibetan: མ་ཏྲཾ་བཞི་, lit. 'four mothers') representing the four continents, with their bodies appearing from the waist up. Their heads touch the inner line of the iron fence, and their arms are extended to the level of their shoulders. The colors can be the same as the colors of the continents, but in practice, the four Mātraṃs are usually painted in bluish-green, with wrathful faces and flaming reddish-yellow hair. The areas between the four Mātraṃs can be painted with water patterns matching the colors of the directions of Mount Meru, or all painted as a sea of blood. The iron fence is black, and the fire mountain is flaming red and yellow. Secondly, regarding the preparation of the moist offering of the main Torma (Tibetan: མདོས་, Torma, Sanskrit: bali, offering): The materials include barley, rice, wheat, peas, sesame, buckwheat, as well as lotus, nard, and Somarā (a type of herb). There are also thirteen types of grains such as lentils, soybeans, mung beans, and highland barley. In addition, rainwater, snow water, pure water, spring water, well water, salt water, tree sap, mineral water, dew, waterfall water, lake water, water containing living beings, and pit water are needed. These are the thirteen types of water. According to the above, mix the flour of the thirteen types of grains with the thirteen types of water to make tsampa, and mix it with the powdered forms of various gems, placing them on a field or animal skin in front of oneself for purification. From emptiness, on top of a lotus and moon disc, from Bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Devanagari: भ्रूम्, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, seed syllable) arises a mass of fine particles of precious jewels. From the heart of Vairochana (Tibetan: རྣམ་སྣང་, lit. 'illuminating all'), rays of the five wisdoms in the form of jewels emanate and dissolve into it. Visualize it transforming into the nature of all Buddhas. Recite 'Om Jina Jik Svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཛི་ན་ཛིཀ྄་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ jina jik svāhā, lit. 'Om, Victorious One, Swift, Svāhā')' twenty-one times, and 'Om Āḥ Sarva Pañca Ratna Samaye Hūṃ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསརྦ་པཉྩ་རཏྣ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ sarva pañca ratna samaye hūṃ hūṃ, lit. 'Om, Ah, All, Five, Jewels, Commitment, Hūṃ, Hūṃ')' seven times to bless it. Then begin arranging the moist offering Torma. In the center of the mandala, smear medicine and incense on a cushion that can fit inside the Torma base. Place on top of it one part of the tsampa made from thirteen types of grains, divided into three parts. This part is made into four terraces below half of Mount Meru, and a square shape above half, with the colors matching the colors of the drawn mandala. In the center of it, place a tall black iron castle with a closed mouth. To the right of this iron castle and in the four directions, place a slightly shorter black iron castle than the main castle. To the left of the five iron castles in the center and the four directions, place a skull castle that is shorter than each of them. In the four corners, place a pagoda with the color of the direction. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
