For the enemies held in the mind, whose names are written on tags and paper, wherever they may be in the three realms, may the one with the iron hook seize them from their hearts, may the one with the lasso bind them by their necks, may the one with the burning iron chains restrain their limbs, may the one with the bell make them intoxicated. Damage the horse of karmic wind, first seize them, then drive them into the burning prison! Hūṃ! Karmic messengers, possessors of great power, for those who protect enemies and obstacles, whether they are gods or guardians, any who break their vows should not be spared. Those who violate the Victor's commands and transgress their vows, even if they are gods, should be slain! Stun them with a rain of evil poison! Hūṃ!
