If you want it, take the blood. If you're in a hurry, eat it raw. If you're not in a hurry, cook it and eat it. Eat it all up! Take it all away!' After saying this, just like vultures gathering on a corpse, they hurriedly ate, drank, and took, temporarily finding satisfaction and happiness. The ultimate goal is to pacify afflictions, reciting ཕཊ྄ཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal meaning: cut), merging space and awareness. Discard it without attachment, like throwing away trash. But if you fall into thoughts of fear, dread, and other misfortunes, my mind is more unknown to you than to myself. This body of flesh and blood has already been given to you, what attachment is there? Therefore, do whatever you please!' Thus, completely let go and abide in emptiness. Finally, may all the sins and sufferings of all harmful beings ripen upon me! May all my virtues ripen upon all beings! Thinking in your heart: 'May the suffering of beings ripen upon me, and may all my happiness ripen upon them.' Thus, dedicate the merit. If you practice like this repeatedly, and become somewhat accustomed, then meditate for several nights in a dangerous place, and until you see the signs of 'cutting through obstacles' three times, you should diligently practice. Up to this point, it is very important to establish a firm foundation of self-reliant practice. Third, enhancing practice through action includes: choosing a dangerous place, recognizing the degree of cutting through obstacles, and preventing wrong thoughts. First, regarding choosing a dangerous place: As the teaching says: 'Go to a dangerous place, relax awareness, encounter external conditions, and experience practice.' This includes the method of going and the method of practicing after arriving. First is the method of going: Go to places known as dangerous, such as cemeteries, empty places, temples, solitary trees, etc., places that naturally generate fear, dread, anxiety, and delusions, and are therefore suitable as objects to be cut through. When misfortunes such as illness, suffering, and evil spirits occur, do not rely on companions, do not be bound by the eight worldly concerns, and in order to cut through the delusions of grasping and the grasped, do not lose the key points of practice. After arriving there, if it is a lake, go to the upper reaches; if it is a rock, go to the top; if it is a spring, go to the source, etc., and set up a seat in a key position. Second is the method of practice: Relax the four limbs of the body and lie down, visualizing your body as huge and majestic, with your head at the end of the valley, your feet at the entrance of the valley, and your left and right ribs covering the left and right sides of the valley, suppressing all the gods and demons dwelling there. Thinking in your heart: 'Until samsara is empty, I will never move from this place.' Thus, abide in that state. Then sit on the mat and practice mind training, refuge, bodhicitta, the lama... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Based on the preliminary practice of Guru Yoga, the yoga of equality is practiced as follows: Separate matter and awareness, merge the realm of reality with awareness, maintain equanimity in the state of emptiness, and discard the experiences of practice as if they were food. As it is said, the main point is to merge the realm of reality with awareness, thereby fulfilling the profound meaning of the Mother. After that, no matter what arises, whether it is attachment or the dualistic thoughts of subject and object, recite 'ཕཊ྄ཿ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, meaning 'to cut through'), dissolve it into the realm of reality, and maintain equanimity in the state of groundlessness and rootlessness. The method of practice in the post-meditation period is: First, mainly practice the offering of food. Universally, regard all sentient beings, especially the obstructing spirits, as parents, and guided by loving-kindness and bodhicitta, regard the various manifestations as objects to be discarded like food, and maintain equanimity in the state of the profound meaning of the Mother, which is the merging of the realm of reality and awareness. At any time, alternate between these methods of practice, and it is important not to be stolen by ordinary thoughts. In this way, alternate between going to dangerous places and auspicious places, and in ordinary dangerous places, and then in some rough places, practice as before, gradually reaching a certain stability. In some rough dangerous places, alternate between peaceful and fierce practices, and sometimes only perform fierce cutting practices. The above-mentioned methods of practice, including both with-form and peaceful cutting, alternate between practicing loving-kindness and the merging of the realm of reality and awareness, which is the formless practice. After that, focus only on the profound meaning of the Mother and maintain equanimity, which is the extremely formless yoga, so practice these methods in a connected manner. Second, identify the degree of arrival. There are three degrees of arrival in cutting practice. The first is the degree of arrival, which is further divided into three types: The manifest arrival is: fierce demons and heretics, etc., manifest various magical powers that seem to shake the heavens and the earth, such as ugly forms and terrifying sounds, and throwing mountains and rocks. Or, with majesty, one feels that in a dangerous place, the body trembles, sweats, hair stands on end, one cannot move, one cannot make a sound, and other unbearable terrifying scenes. The arrival in dreams is: those magical powers mentioned in the manifest arrival appear in dreams. The second is the method of cutting: cutting without reliance, cutting with reliance, and cutting with investigation. The first is: no matter what magical powers appear, dissolve them into the realm of reality, which is without attachment and free from elaboration. The second is: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
