Place your mind single-pointedly on bliss (བདེ་བ,梵文 सुख,sukha, happiness, joy). By becoming accustomed to this, virtues such as the five signs will be gradually attained. This is the yoga of caṇḍālī (ཙཎྜ་ལཱིའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར,梵文चण्डाली योग,caṇḍālī yoga, fierce woman yoga). Then, again, visualize the deity's (ལྷ་མོ,梵文देवी,devī, goddess) body as before. Ignite the caṇḍālī of the navel by bringing the two winds together at the tip. Go through the dhūti Emit rays of fire from the pores of the hair, burning all obstacles. The flame touches the haṃ (ཧཾ,梵文हूँ,hūṃ, seed syllable, representing wisdom) at the crown of the head. All the bodhicitta (བྱང་སེམས,梵文बोधिचित्त,bodhicitta, mind of enlightenment) in the channels melts and gathers into the haṃ. All the bodhicitta of the chakra (རྩ་འཁོར,梵文नाडीचक्र,nāḍīcakra, wheel of channels) at the crown of the head descends gradually through the haṃ syllable. Similarly, it descends gradually into the lower chakras as well. It coils up to the navel. Visualize the white bindu (དྭངས་མའི་དྭངས་མ,梵文विशुद्ध,viśuddha, pure) of pure essence, the size of a mustard seed, radiating light, revolving in the secret place, generating unbearable bliss, and maintain focus. After becoming accustomed to this, direct it upwards, placing the mind on the crown of the head, and the coemergent wisdom (ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས,梵文सहजज्ञान,sahajajñāna, innate wisdom) will arise. Then, gather the outer world and inner beings into light, and rest the mind in emptiness If you cannot rest, then instantly visualize yourself as the deity, and practice repeatedly. By combining this practice with sleep, light and the deity's body will appear in dreams. This is the yoga of bliss. Samaya. Again, at the crown of the head of yourself, clearly visualized as the deity, visualize drops of nectar (བདུད་རྩི,梵文अमृत,amṛta, nectar), and at the navel, visualize drops of fire. Blow the wind strongly and hold it out. Ignite the fire of the navel with a strong abdominal contraction. Inhale strongly. Descend the nectar of the crown of the head, and press down on the downward-moving air. Merge the mind with the sky. Expand the abdomen outwards. Twist the body, and shake and exhale, saying 'ha' (ཧ,梵文ह,ha, seed syllable, representing emptiness). After becoming accustomed to this, by continuously practicing by combining the upper and lower winds with the samādhi (ཏིང་འཛིན,梵文समाधि,samādhi, concentration) of fire and water (མེ་ཆུའི་ཏིང་འཛིན,梵文अग्निजलसमाधि,agnijalasamādhi, fire and water samadhi), the experience of bliss and warmth will naturally arise. Furthermore, regarding the method of controlling dreams: Visualize a four-petaled red lotus at the throat, and five red bindus in the center and four directions of the lotus. Generate the intention to control dreams, and then the lotus dissolves into the bindu. The four bindus dissolve into the central bindu. Focus the mind on this. By repeatedly focusing the mind on this bindu, you will be able to control dreams. Afterwards, day and night, you will become accustomed to samādhi, and it will increase and expand. This is the yoga of the limbs. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya (རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ, seal, seal, seal). Rigzin Tertag Lingpa (རིག་འཛིན་གཏེར་བདག་གླིང་པ,Rigzin Tertag Lingpa) extracted this from the wheel of Sha'ug Taggo Dechen Yeshe (ཤ་འུག་ལྟག་སྒོ་བདེ་ཆེན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ,Sha'ug Taggo Dechen Yeshe). At the age of thirty-two, in the year of the Water Snake, Pema Gyurme Gyatso (པདྨ་འགྱུར་མེད་རྒྱ་མཚོ,Pema Gyurme Gyatso), the son of the root dharma lord (རྩ་བའི་ཆོས་བདག,tsawai chödag) lineage, recorded it in writing. This is the ḍākinī (མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ,khadroma) vow from the Profound Path (ཟབ་ལམ,zablam), the Gathering of All the Departed Ones (བདེ་གཤེགས་ཀུན་འདུས,desheg kundü). Homage to the Empowered Ḍākinī! The yogi (རྣལ་འབྱོར,naljor) of secret mantra (གསང་བ་སྔགས,sangwa ngag). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
