In the four directions of the mandala, place the implements of power: Vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ།, symbolizing: indestructibility), Jewel (Tibetan: རིན་ཆེན།, symbolizing: preciousness), Lotus (Tibetan: པདྨ།, symbolizing: purity), and Crossed Vajra (Tibetan: རྒྱ་གྲམ།, symbolizing: protection). Place the crown (Tibetan: དབུ་རྒྱན།) in the south and the Dharma wheel (Tibetan: འཁོར་ལོ་) in the center. Additionally, arrange a clear mirror (Tibetan: མེ་ལོང་གསལ་བ།), a representation of the Dakini's body (Tibetan: མཁའ་འགྲོའི་སྐུ་རྟེན།), a practice manual (Tibetan: སྒྲུབ་དཔེ་གླེགས་བམ།), a rosary (Tibetan: བགྲང་ཕྲེང་།), and the five types of crowns (Tibetan: ཅོད་པན་སྣ་ལྔ་). On the back, arrange the Torma of the Three Roots in general, and specifically the Dakini's Torma, the main deity with five attendants, adorned with ornaments and a silk canopy, with medicinal substances and Rakta (Tibetan: སྨན་རཀ) on the right and left sides. The outer offerings can be arranged in rows or circles, whichever is convenient. In the northeast, place the action vase (Tibetan: ལས་བུམ།), offer the protector's Torma (Tibetan: བཀའ་སྲུང་གཏོར་འབུལ།), the Tsog articles (Tibetan: ཚོགས་ཆས།), and the preliminary Torma (Tibetan: སྔོན་གཏོར།), ensuring that all necessary items are complete and well-organized. Secondly, for the preliminary practices of the activity, begin with prayers. Like the essence of a lotus, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta three times, following the Dakini's Tsog offering ritual. Bless the white Torma and offer it to the deities, Nagas, Yakshas, etc., according to this tradition. If unfamiliar, use a general ritual. Then, starting from the completion of the self-generation and the meditation on the body mandala, recite the mantra that arises from the close practice of the heart essence union: Om Ah Hum Hrih (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: om āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Om Ah Hum Hrih), Vajra Guru Deva Dakini Hrih (Tibetan: བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་དྷེ་བ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रगुरुदेवडाकिनी ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: vajragurudevḍākinī hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Vajra Guru Deva Dakini Hrih), Maha Rini Sara Tsa Shriya Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum Ah (Tibetan: མ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ར་ཙ་ཧྲི་ཡ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: महारिनिसर ज श्रीय सर्वसिद्धि फल हूँ आः, Sanskrit Romanization: mahārinisara ja śrīya sarvasiddhi phala hūṃ āḥ, Literal meaning: Maha Rini Sara Tsa Shriya Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum Ah). Recite this a little. Then, bless the obstacle-removing Torma, offer it, dispel the obstacles, and then send forth the offerings and blessings. Secondly, the main practice has two parts: the accomplishment of the empowerment through the practice and offering, and the actual empowerment. The first part is: Starting from the three Samadhis, in the front mandala, visualize the Dakini's mandala, with the Samaya beings appearing completely. At the three places of the main deity and retinue, visualize Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: om āḥ hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om Ah Hum) clearly. From the place of self-nature, light radiates, inviting the wisdom beings of the Dakini, the main deity and retinue, to come and strike the body, speech, and mind. Urge them to keep their vows and come forth, merging into the Samaya beings, becoming inseparable like water and milk. Recite this, clarifying the meaning, and then perform the invocation and praise according to the ritual. Generate the deity in front, clearly visualize the mantra wheel at the heart, and perform the gathering and dispersing as usual. Then, recite the root mantra: Om Vajra Bharahi (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བྷ་ར་ཧི༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् वज्र भरहि, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra bharahi, Literal meaning: Om Vajra Bharahi), Hrim Dakini Harinisa (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿམ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीःम डाकिनी हरिनिस, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥma ḍākinī harinisa, Literal meaning: Hrim Dakini Harinisa), Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum (Tibetan: སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वसिद्धि फल हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvasiddhi phala hūṃ, Literal meaning: Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum), as much as possible. Take the blessing cord, and from the mantra at my heart, rays of light pass through the blessing cord, striking the hearts of the deities visualized in the front mandala, as well as in the vase, skull cup, and mirror, urging them to keep their vows. A stream of wisdom nectar descends from their body, speech, and mind, merging into the implements of power, making them filled with blessings. Touching my body, speech, and mind, I gain power and bless my being. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
