Then, rest in equanimity. Again, when reciting the syllable 'A,' visualize the bindu descending, heavy and stable at the navel chakra. Practice this repeatedly, striving until signs appear. When applying it in practice, as the bindu rises, visualize the base body, along with all Buddhas and dakinis, dissolving. From the Brahma aperture, as open as a vast sky, like a bird flying, proceed to the pure land of the dakinis, and rest in awareness without contraction or expansion. Sixth, the practice of the bardo is: contemplate that all appearances are the state of the bardo. When experience arises from this, focus the mind on Vajravarahi, inseparable from the wind-mind of the bardo, along with the deities of the body mandala. Abide in the nature of bliss-emptiness, radiating inconceivable light, pervading all containers and contents, purifying thoughts of attachment, aversion, and ignorance. Visualize the essence of mind, the nature of wind, and the appearance of bliss, all manifesting in the form of the dakini as emptiness of form, emptiness of sound, and emptiness of mind, arising as the path. Blend and transfer all thoughts with the three vajras, practicing this method. If it arises naturally without needing to practice, it indicates that you have mastered the bardo. Third, the main practice of the completion stage of Hevajra, the practice of great bliss, is divided into four parts. First, the Dharma Seal: Visualize yourself as red glorious Heruka, holding a vajra bell, with an attitude of wrath, desire, and allure, adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments, sitting in a half-lotus posture on a lotus sun disc. Within the body are the three channels and five chakras. Above the crown chakra is the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), head downwards, which is the nature of bodhicitta. In the center is the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), head upwards, which is white. At the throat is the syllable Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), which is red. At the heart is the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), which is blue. At the navel is the syllable Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), which is reddish-yellow. At the secret place is the syllable Hoh (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: होः, Sanskrit Romanization: hoḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hoh), which is green. At the root of the jewel channel is the syllable Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), at the waist is the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and at the tip is the syllable Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), blazing with light. On the petals and the channels of the twenty-four sacred places, the four limbs, and the four major joints, visualize the syllable Bam (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bam), alternating between white and red, blazing with the nature of deities and bliss. From this, visualize all channels and elements transforming into the nature of bliss, and recite: 'Om Shri Vajra Heruka Jnana Abeshaya Sarva Siddhi Hum Hum.' Arouse the experience of bliss and rest the mind in emptiness. Second, the Samaya Seal: Visualize in front of you a young and beautiful maiden, as if previously acquainted, enticing with four gestures of desire, coming into your embrace, and instantly transforming into red Vajravarahi, with an attitude of desire and adornment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
