The chakras and letters within the body of Napa, in the stamen of the lotus, are marked by the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: None) and appear clearly. Only through this method, for the benefit of sentient beings, the co-emergent great bliss is manifested, and the generation stage is balanced with the four joys. From the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the crown chakra, great joy surges, and the stream of bodhicitta descends. The essence of other chakras also gathers together. The crown chakra is filled with joy, the throat chakra with supreme joy, the heart chakra with special joy, and passing through the navel chakra to the tip of the jewel, the co-emergent joy is experienced. Again, through the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) and the operation of the wind-energy, it is drawn upwards, and the four joys of the lower three wheels arise in sequence. Reaching the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the crown chakra, the co-emergent joy is experienced. Visualize it as full and stable, and practice vase breathing in each chakra. Finally, through the operation of the wind-energy, unfold it and keep it in an irreversible state. Third is the action mudra: After gaining stability in oneself, relying on the wisdom consort who is prophesied by the deity and guru, manifest the example wisdom, and thereby practice the fourth, the great mudra, the wisdom of meaning. Fourth is the ultimate completion stage of wisdom vajra, which has three parts: determining the dharmakaya with view, experiencing the sambhogakaya with meditation, and training the nirmanakaya with action. The first is: determining all external appearances as the nature of dreams and illusions, merely appearances of the mind. Whenever the inner movements of the mind, the thoughts of self-grasping, arise, cut them off at the root. Look for their weaknesses, and if nothing is found, determine it right there. Grasper and grasped are both absent, the nature of mind is the state of awareness, free from elaboration, inexpressible, and inconceivable. Determine the ordinary consciousness, without modification, as the state of original purity, the great perfection. Generate certainty and separate it from the husk of experience. Second, experiencing the sambhogakaya with meditation: Taking the continuous arising of the stainless clarity of the state of awareness as the path. Whatever thoughts arise, do not recall the past, do not welcome the future, and leave the present awareness to flow without modification. Separate experience from conceptual thought, and cultivate the self-awareness without being tainted by the attachment to view and meditation. Occasionally, awaken with the mindfulness of dharmata, but cut off all other elaborations and practice in both shamatha and vipassana. Third, training the nirmanakaya with action: Visualize oneself and all appearances as illusory deities. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mix the mind essence with (wisdom) indistinguishably, and maintain the state of appearance and emptiness. By holding the breath, go through the path of transference of consciousness. The five-colored light, extremely subtle, enters the central channel and dissolves into the A syllable in the heart. Visualize the three places of arising, dissolving, and abiding as the nature of the A syllable, and recite it, mixing the breath and mind indistinguishably, and abide in equanimity. Mix the bliss of any object or thought with (wisdom) and maintain the state of bliss and emptiness indistinguishably. Finally, gather the essence of the blissful bindu into the indestructible bindu A syllable in the center of the heart, and abide in non-action. Master the three mixtures through practice. Furthermore, the scripture itself says: 'At all times and in all circumstances, whatever arises in the appearance of the six consciousnesses, do not grasp at the object, do not conceptualize the subject. Appearance and awareness are indistinguishable, completely transparent inside and out, practice repeatedly, even if the appearance of the object does not cease, the appearance does not confuse awareness; even if the boundary of awareness does not disappear, awareness does not bind the essence. No matter how the proliferation of grasping and being grasped arises, its essence does not depart from the state of non-proliferation, this is the ultimate secret path of the Great Perfection of self-nature, therefore practice at all times and in all circumstances.' Practice as instructed, and strive diligently to spontaneously accomplish the state of luminosity Great Perfection, where samsara and nirvana are indistinguishable.
